I’ve been a huge fan since I came across the show years ago. I am so happy to find you all doing builds on UA-cam as well. My grandpa left me a 76 Skylark I hope to restore. Anyhow keep up the amazing videos im gonna binge watch these every day.
@blairsmith726 cool man. Hope to show you sometime. Will take a bit longer than it will for you guys to get the Chevelle done. With any luck, we might have engine and transmission done this year. Open invitation if you're ever in the area and want a beer. Same for Mike as well.
I keep having to resubscribe every time!? Figured ya might wanna know in case it's happening to others? It happens every video. Love what yall are doing on UA-cam! ✌️
I've done lots of really low budget bondo stuff for years. I also have a few years of experience working with the quality body shop fillers. Block sanding in a linear pattern makes good results. I also prefer using the scotchbrite buffing pads since they don't clog up and they work very well for wet sanding for the finish coats! you can paint the body at a lower temperature and crank up the heat to allow the paint to bake. Great video. having the boss yell "hurry up" helps keep the adrenaline going when hours of sanding can get tiresome. crank up your favorite tunes and go into your zone!
Thank you Blair for taking the time to show us your skills and training us at the same time.
Really enjoy your and Mike's energy working together.
Thanks 😊
