Yes. They had the root clearance but what happened to the 60 degree V? Also how do you weld into iron oxide from the flame cut - plus no V? As others have mentioned maybe 25% penetration. Wonder how long the always overloaded truck lasted afterwards?
They have to overload the trucks to get the job, then drive a dangerous vehicle to make money. After that they have to spend the money they made for repairs. Not an ideal system.
so that's a broken axle no that looks like its been cut up to look like a broken axle and the back end of the axle been fix up be for , can see the cuts in the axle . on the bearing shaft where the bearing sits had it , there been no oil or Greece on or in axle for some time where the axle shaft gos in got lot of rust in the ends didn't clean the part where you groove for welding
It's strange that the break is so square, it had probably already broken there before.
Otro gra trabajo, que por cierto,un trabajo imposible de hacer en España,salud y buena suerte...🐧
Mashallah Good work amazing zabardast
No way they're getting %100 penetration without beveling the edges before welding.
I want some of that Pakistani welding rod- gets penetration through mud, oil, grease, dirt and you never have to bevel your parts.
Not even 25%!
And not cleaning the weld surface? All that grease and dirt in the weld?? SMH
🙌🙌🙌🙌🤣🤣🤣🤣

That differential been "repaired" many many times before
Молодцы ребята , у вас золотые руки и наплюйте на все санкции --вы все равно правы.

No prep before welding shocking work
Only one man wear shoes, others sandals, no gloves, no safety glass sorry for those people, they don’t have any protection at all
I'm impressed with how much they get done with basic tools if they didn't overload the trucks wouldn't have catastrophic failures
Ten most już kiedyś pękł i pęknie ponownie.
Przy takim przeładowaniu pęknie...
Dziwię się, że nie fazują krawędzi przed spawaniem.
Strange regular failure, scam?
No good welding because they did not make edge preparation at all.
therefore cannot get good strength.
Что за диск на болгарка не убиваемый индусы молодцы , Вася Я ишим
Những người thợ khá tốt nếu vào hảng sẻ thay một cái mới rất tốn tiền
It must be a very common factory problem, due to the type of cut and they even have a lathe designed for that type of axle.
Wonder how they check the axle is aligned with the diff centre

Install a rubber mat in back of vehicle to protect the bed.
It's amazing what you guys do with what you have. No big shop with all fancy tools. Use the basics to get the job done. Good stuff. 👍👍🇨🇦🙂
Bagus,Paman 👍👍👍👍
No groove for welding root run penetration
Yeah safety first I always say
This kind of work never succeed. Not advisable. Foolish work.
Meets or exceeds all 3rd world country safety and repair standards.
I wonder how much stuff they get in there eyes
Cool work thanks 👍
