You say he has an INCREDIBLE memory, so do I! For example, before my grandmother passed away, my dad and I were at the funeral home, and the mortician asked what my great-grandmother’s middle name was, I instantly remembered it was Elizabeth, and my dad DIDN’T know.

As a young woman with autism, I know exactly what Heavenly is going through and dealt with bullying throughout my years in elementary and middle school, I didn't have any supportive friends at the time and everybody treated me differently, not wanting to be my friend at all.
The bullying stopped when I entered high school where I finally made a real friend, who I'm still friends with to this day, and we both found out we both are on the autism spectrum and shared a lot more things in common than I expected.
I was so happy to finally find a real friend and I finally accepted the fact that I was autistic after all these years, I never let negativity affect me anymore and to be positive with a big smile to show I am proud of my diagnosis.

Amazing how even teachers would rather believe their preconceived notions about autistics instead of what they actually see.

"A disability is not an inability; people with autism are just as smart as everyone else." Very true! I also have autism and even I know that's very true. Just because people are autistic doesn't make them less intelligent than everyone else. Autistic people are like everyone else in this world; they just learn things a little differently.

I don’t have autism, so I wouldn’t really understand what it’s like for those who have it, but I’m friends with a lot of people in my school who do have autism, they are so kind and so smart you wouldn’t believe it. I don’t think of them as any less of anybody else because they are amazing people, so I feel lucky I have these people with me. This video proves my point, thank you Dhar for making this. :)

I really love this video! I also love the main lesson. I also have autism, even though I'm very terrible at math.
But, on the bright side, I'm very smart when it comes to vocabulary words, phonics, vocabulary comprehension and I'm such a creative thinker.
Autism is not a disability nor an inability. Many people on the autism spectrum are incredibly smart, like Temple Grandin and Albert Einstein.🧠
