Nikki got lucky with the carpenter that she selected to put together her kitchen. The wood appears Grade A and the craftmenship is an A+. The work required to make their property into their beautiful retreat is paying of, it is a lot but I love to watch the two of them work at making this property a property of enchantment, those lamps are a beautiful addition to their property.

I really think your dining table needs to go right in the middle of the room, between the kitchen and living space. The table is the heart of the home and it's where eveybody gathers. It's where stories are told, secrets are shared, wishes are made and it's where we feed our bellies and our souls.
I agree - it doesn't matter that you have to walk around it a little because the kitchen/living area is the primary space. Walking through to the back is a less frequent route. At the moment the dining table and sofa just look a bit too cramped together where they are. The house is too big to make the dining table and living area share such a small space. Meant as positive suggestions and definately not any criticism.
I agree the table should be between the kitchen and living room.
I think they are having an island made for that spot. Will have some stools facing the window.

Carlo is so wonderful! He can do everything! How did he become so knowledgeable about, well, anything construction, mechanical, electrical, and gardening? I’m sure I haven’t even begun to list all of Carlo’s talents. ❤😂🎉 What a great husband. As an adult in New York, the farm, goats and chickens scene , sense-transported me 40 years back to when I spent lazy Summers on my Grandfather’s farm in Chania, Crete.

Love the ligthing in the driveway of your new home. I have to say those scenes from Positano on your hike, and then monorail ride up the mountain with the burrows up there. What a magical place Positano is! Like stepping back in time.

The kitchen cabinets are looking good so far! Love watching both your homes but the Tuscan one is exciting as you make into your home. As for Carlo, well, he is just a marvel at DIY (not taking away the hard work you put in Nicky and your sense of styling which i like). Lastly your two pups just bring joy into my heart - and my dogs intensely watch them when they come on screen 😁❤

I admire how you both care for your home and are willing to work together with a vision. I could never get my spouse to do upgrades for our home, something as simple as painting the interior after 18 years in the home or landscaping I was described as vein. God bless you both

New born animals are a definite sign that spring has arrived, love the baby goats (we called them kids when we had goats on the farm).
