I've waited so long to remix this beauty of a song. Knuckles' Chaotix is pretty interesting, probably because of the 32x additions. The soundtrack itself is also interesting. Since it's Knuckles instead of Sonic, it has quite a different feeling to it within the different compositions and leitmotifs used throughout.
Also that sax around the second half of the remix was a complete accident. I was trying to find some good pan flutes to use, and accidentally clicked on one of the sax presets, which ended up being the same one used in another well known Door Into Summer remix.

I just did found this cover and I'm sooo in love with this :3 I did not play a lot of this game, but I like the music from stage 1 and this sounds so relaxing, I really like the square main melody and the sax =)!
Okay this song was already great in Knuckles' Chaotix, then remixed amazingly in Sonic Generations (which I didn't know at first) and now you practically perfected it! That sax is good (or whatever that smooth instrument was), Continue the great work!

surprisingly I've never heard any songs from StF, at least other than Tails' stage theme, whatever it's called. but I'm always happy to try new things when making remixes, or music in general. =)

yep. thought I'm not sure it counted as a "Classic Remix" since it wasn't for an actual level, but instead was just a remix in general.
