Well, I have ts say, I like a bit of humor with my lesson. To each their own I guess. I love the fact that I can see these new lessons on youtube. And then, since I am a Gold Pick member, I can go right to your website and get the complete lesson. What a blessing it is to be a Gold Pick member!
@@NoahGothelf banjo is the best instrument in my opinion. I learned how to restring, clean, and tune it pretty well. I even learned how to play by ear. But sadly i put it down because i havent had time to play.
@@BanjoBen I think I’ll buy a banjo. I’ve never played anything in my life. But I’m determined,, I’m 61 with lots of time on my hands, thanks for replying
DMTV119 when tuning a 4 string tenor you first start by cutting the strings with side cutters then throw the banjo in the dump then go to the closest store and buy a 5 string
You seem to have grown up and stopped this crazy hill billy character. Your a good tutor and player and don't need a gimmic. I enjoy your new presentation.
Well... I mean I didn’t care for the character myself but it got him 80k+ subscribers and a beautiful self sustaining business so I guess he did something right.
I'm not sure you've grown up at all. I thought the hillbilly character was a cousin who dropped in. You're a good tutor with a loosened up gimmick that shows off your moderately recent but not new or old presentation.
I am sorry that you stopped the crazy hill billy character. Your a good tutor and player and the funny presentation loosens it up. I enjoyed your old presentation.
The only one thing that piss me off is the statement by the Ultimate Lead Guitar promoter that says, "the greatest curse that plague a guitar player is." Come on, that's not a curse to say the least. Stop saying that word and you'll realize many more potential learners/student will flock to your lessons.
Really great lesson! Has helped me a ton with both rolls and fretting problems, thanks!

Which is easier to learn to play, guitar or banjo z
Hmmm, that's a tough one but I think easier to get rhythm to accompany yourself on guitar, but making noise is banjo.

Yes, agree. I always wince when that flying hillbilly start begins a lesson.

Raymond Whiteway-Roberts , remember , hillbillies cant spell you’re, as in you’re a good tutor.
I can play banjo now that I don't have my fake nails on anymore but haven't in awhile
