Still remembering Araba's death feels kinda bad for some reason(i read and watched it a LONG time ago but still man...)also i never felt bad for ANY character's death other than him nor for this girl lol
To me, araba's death is impactful because Araba is such a noble monster. Dragons are often known for being this dignified species of greatness, and Araba feels like that. He spared Kumoko, that's how proud he was. This magnificient opponent just laying down and dying in such a contradictory way to Kumoko's entire way of life suggests that Kumoko is somehow worse for being that way.
Might be because Araba switched from indifference towards our spider into respect for her efforts by sacrificing everything in the end for their final duel. He was her end goal and He acknowledged her growth by not holding back.
George of the Jungle was a spoof of Tarzan. The first movie of Tarzan was in 1918, several more movies made after that, and there was also a tv series of Tarzan in the 1960s. I'm not sure if the iconic yell originated in the tv series though, or in one of the earlier movies.
WHY THOSE ANIME EYES OF HER..!?! I enjoyed the unique artstyle of the manga and how funny they made her emotional expressions look like with non pupilled spider eyes just as like those as her siblings had. And now what the hay is THAT..?! Don't get me wrong - thu animation looks quite nice and I guess they managed the way of showing her progress as she increases her stats and gets some new and important abilities. But I just don't see any reason, to change her face that harsh, as it was a realy iconic artstyle in the manga! Totally lost it's charm to me..
The eyes (and her design) are from the light novels, which are the original source feom both the anime and manga. But i agree with you i prefer Kumoko's design in the manga
@@danielblanco7751 Yeah ya're right and although I knew there wuz an origin novel right before thu manga, i just forgot bout there were origin artworks aswell. I forgot since I was a long time ago but I believe it was because Araba knew that he loss so it did not fight back even towards the end. She wanted a full fight.
In the manga it's explained more detailed. Kumoko uses a exploit to defeat him by using the skill sloth, that causes sp to drain even faster then the other main stats. In this series, sp is WAY more important because if it reaches zero, both main and reserve, you die instantly. And there is no skill or spell or ability that can stop it. The only way to recover sp is to eat or sleep. Kumoko used this exploit to fight araba at his fullest, because he doesn't hold back and would use everything to fight. At the last moment, araba was literally almost out of sp, and was gonna die, even with his hp and mp still in well levels. Cornered and defeated completely, araba manually shut down his skills and was gonna allowed himself to be killed by kumoko, thinking that he had a fair fight and was satisfied to the end. Kumoko was furious over this because it wasn't right. She had been fighting literally on nightmare mode and despite all the pain and suffering she was going through, she never wanted to give up. And seeing araba give up right in front of her eyes causes her to lash out at her admirer and told him to keep trying and fight to the bitter end no matter what, for what was the point of getting this far for her. And in her rage, she kills him. In the anime he just vanishes. But in the manga, he gets destroyed and turned to rubble. This end up Leaving her sad and filled with regret. In the end, she didn't feel any victory over his death, and said it was a horrible after taste. During the rubble, it was revealed araba kept the silk quilt kumoko made to hide when she was hiding from him. Revealing he spared her not just out of pity, but of respect.
It's a series called, "So I'm a Spider, so what?" It's 26 episodes long, and then it just stops. I think it was cancelled, which is disappointing because it just started getting really good!
Its crazy that her kids are at the evolution she was just at. So they are level 1! Imagine how strong they will be.
The anime is great! The only problem is the other characters being boring, oof.
I only cared for the protaganist and skipped the other...
Shame the animation tanked later on, I quite like the series
Yeah the animation and Shun are my only problems of the anime.
