A joyful career to have watched 💜
You are a useless Association. ATP is tired carrying you!!
Such a nice player! Deserved at least a slam
Always brings a smile to my face 🥰 happy retirement!
One of the best players of this generation. Congratulations on your wonderful career 👍
Sure going to miss Jo-Wil! Happy retirement!
Jo Wil I grew up watching him such a pleasure this guy! One of few guuys to beat the big 3 in slams! You'll be missed! 😢 and kudos to this big marathon never giving up and fighting like it was 2008. Sad he never won a slam in his whole career cause surely he deserved some
it's so sad watching all the generation we grew up watching retire one by one 😢
@@yosrh8294 yeah mate it will be even more emotional when the big 3 will retire..
@@nicolasmts3264 that's true. Ferrer, Berdych, Del Potro and now Tsonga :/
I started watching tennis at the end of 07' and in AO 08' round of 32 i watched his play(on tv obviously)🤣 and the way he carried himself on the court while playing, me and my family became fan of his and cheered him in every match till the last point but sadly he lost to Djokovic (became a fan of his too after his win over Federer) but even after the loss he genuinely smiled & laughed in the closing ceremony like he won the AO and that brought so much happiness and that's how I always remember tsonga ❤️
Tsonga was an absolute joy to watch ! It would be nice if he had at least one GS. The big 3 just gobbled up all the slams lol
Tsonga was one of the best players to have challenged the 'Big 4'. During his peak, he was also one of the best 'all court' players. Being that said, he was a very gifted player, specifically on grass and faster courts. He definitely should've won a grandslam if he had played in some other era. His hard hitting game style, his elegance and his sportsmanship... Such a wonderful career we have witnessed. You will be missed badly Jo. Good luck on your life ahead 🥲❤️👍
One of the best French tennis players ever.
What a good tribute 🥰. I have just watched his last match. The French tennis Organization arranged one of the best retirement ceremonies I have ever seen in sport or tennis for that matter. I thought seeing him in pain in the last set ( French Open - 2022) was bad enough; the ceremony left me in tears. Well deserved Tsonga. I have heard he is a lovely man on and off the court. I also think it’s good to celebrate and appreciate people when they are still alive. We tend to do this when they are 6 feet under.
It was a beautiful tribute indeed and so well deserved. It was a special touch to see all his past coaches and fellow French players honor him. He was really moved. Also, to see his mom and dad and siblings there.
Maybr nick would've been playing basketball if it weren't for Jo
Pure talent. Every shot and then some. Personality bigger than any other and best behavior oncourt. No drama, just the main event. Going to miss the Ali of tennis!
You were a joy to watch over the years. Enjoy your retirement 🏆
I don’t really watch tsonga at his prime, because i just follow tennis from 1 year ago, but seeing him and watch his incredible run at canadian open, he was a monster back at the day
He was legit top 5 player back in the day
Wife is absolutely gorgeous!! Well done
There's no one who can dislike anything that he's said or done. Such a wonderful athlete, and brought his A-game so often, wearing his passion and intensity every time he was on court..... Tennis will not be the same without you, Tsonga. Merci beaucoup!!
Such a likeable guy, congrats Tsonga
Don't matter what they say; in my mind, he's a people's champion
Always an incredible athlete, respectful competitor and super nice guy!! Enjoy your retirement!!
I miss you Soooo much Tsonga ❤❤❤
will be missed !
So sad to see so many of this generation saying goodbye this year - Del Potro, Robredo, Anderson, Tsonga this week and Simon at year's end. I do see guys like Gasquet, Lopez and Verdasco also potentially adding to the list for this year
Really love the guy! Sad he ended his career at a loss but it was always fun watching him play.
All the best Jo
He's the best! congrata and merci Jo!
Thank you Tsonga for everything !
