@@seearress I wrote to On Cloud and they sent me a BOT message saying I should return it with proof of purchase. Come on it's a defect and I'm sure there are thousands of folks with this same issue. It's a design flaw. Thanks again and I'll try the oil method as filing took me at least 30 mins of filing to make it go away.

@stevenyiwen a new approach ive discovered is to insert a dash of hand soap or olive oil inside the suspect holes. Such is life on-cloud. Dont slip.
