Couldn't stop giggling when you were talking about 'flying ' Daddy Longlegs........in Australia a Daddy Longlegs is a Spider. Magic ones in the UK 😂
Love your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
Thanks for all the background info on your lovely new samplers. I agree flying insects generally are horrible but taking a class of school children on a trip for a month might be worse!!!!! Happy stitching ❤️✂️🧵
You are my most favorite flosstube of all! ❤❤
@@Springcreekkristi thank you so much - that’s so kind of you to say!
Your wips look amazing 🤩 have a wonderful day and happy stitching 😊🪡🧵🤗🤩
You’re right, I hold Maud (and you) responsible for my rabbit hole of samplers that I find myself in now 😂
Those arm chair shelves are brilliant. I still use mine all the time and perfect for picking up if I’m stitching in the garden ☺️
Michelle, was info on all the ancient samplers. I too dislike fly and they always see to land in my food. I’m trying to do my own thread changes too, but so far not successful. Practice makes perfect. Thanks for a great visit today.❤
How in the world do you get so much done? Time has to run differently in Great Britain. Thank you for the flosstube! It’s my favorite and I look forward to Sunday mornings (and church).
So looking forward to the deer. Thanks for sharing everything else
Great stitching!
Oh my goodness I can’t stand when cicadas get into your hair, then again any bug😅 lovely video as always ❤
Yesss, #bemoreemma 💚Very interesting sampler history. I've been very tempted to get Nimble Birds but haven't bought it...yet! They've got an incredible owl they just recently released that I was eyeing too.
Oh, my! I LOVE that idea! "Be more Emma!" It would make a cute little long, narrow pillow to sit on a shelf! That Maud Mary Doddrell sampler is beautiful! I love the colors they used in that one! That purple (aubergine?) and that olivey-green color...at least that's how they read on the tv. Lol! I'm not sure what Daddy Long Legs are over there, but here they're a spider. Used to hate camping and you'd get up in the morning to a million of them all over the outside of the tent! I have one living in the corner of my bathroom at the moment and while I'm trying to be kind to all living creatures I have to admit I have murderous thoughts daily with regards to that one...A very interesting video today! I learned so much! Give Women Votes! Thank you! ❤ the freebie!
Glad to hear that you are making progress on the 2 deer charts. I will be ordering and stitch as soon as they are released. I love the bird wreath as well and I saw on contented needle worker Kim floss tube she is ready to stitch and even found the perfect frame for the piece. Take care.
Great video. I don’t know why but your videos seem to fly over. It’s now an integral part of my Sunday morning routine. I chuckled when you said “what a tit” because I thought, she’s found a name for her wreath sampler 🤣🤣. Thanks as always for sharing an interesting video.
I love the #bemoreemma sometimes we get so caught up trying to make everything perfect we forget this is something we do for fun and relaxation
Bird Wreath will be my birthday stitch this year, can't wait. Love the fabric choice. Our Forest Embroidery, I will be visiting, also will print the freebie if I find something to buy, my cat is in there. Daddy long legs are like flying spiders 😨I also shut windows to keep them out. if you freak at long legged spiders during summer neem oil or WD in the dark places does the trick, I'm ocd over the spidy thing. Thank you, as always really enjoyed, love your stitchy adventures.
I hate when people ask for links when just a little looking and the answer is found. Well, here I am asking😮😊. Michelle, I cannot find Suffragette Sisters nor The Thread Keeper. I really have looked and looked. Thanks for your help. Ps…. You do a great job with your videos.
@@darlynnvenne8221 hello! It’s in the most recent issue, which is available digitally but might not have hit the newsstands yet 😄
@@mommalovesyougb found it digitally~Thank you! The two you showed were perfect gifts. One for a give away and another for my DIL.
Michelle...lovely posting...beautiful history on Maud Sampler...love everything 😊you 😊shared...hope you have a great week...best wishes ❤
great episode, thanks again michelle, awesome freebie x
I too hate daddy long legs…I remember as a child having one caught in my hair😱. This time of year they flock in! I can live with them…as long as they do not fly at my head. Fab Flosstube as usual.
❤❤❤
You have so many great samplers! Which issue of Crossstitcher magazine is the little thread pincushion in? Have to hunt it down and stitch it
@@roseheck9841 hello! It’s the most recent one. Very often Readly shows it a week or so before it is a available on newsstands 😃
I'll bet that was blue paper put on the back of Mary Doddrell to prevent yellowing. Of course blue paper turns purple over time. I remember when bags of white flour came with a blue paper inside.
@@alisoncaronflyingfree how interesting! I never knew that…thanks so much!
I loved 😊stitching Maud Mary Doddrell. Just waiting for it to come back from the framer.
Hi Michelle, how about birds in the round for your title 😊
Great video and I absolutely love your 24 hour clock! I admire it every week and have tried to find one online with no luck. Do you recall where you purchased it?
@@CarinaStitches Hello! This is my clock..I didn’t buy it from here, I got it in a one-off sale, but this is the one to look for shop.rmg.co.uk/products/greenwich-shepherd-gate-45cm-wall-clock-24-hour-analog-dial?srsltid=AfmBOophBHYiHJ3tV0JfBiCPzNW_-k2bOZjOjTNyfn8hnzrBOQP4SXCA
@mommalovesyougb thank you!!
Could you please spell the source of the magazine you were referring to?
@@AftonGroveKnitter CrossStitcher magazine. The charts are in the most recent issue but Readly often has them before newsagents
I love all the background history into Maud. Very interesting. Circle of birds is my name for the Birdary😃. Thank you Michelle 🤗
