All is within, literally everything so if you are angry you'll manifest anger, fear, and violence, if you are in sad mode you'll manifest more sadness. If you want happiness be happiness, if you want love be love, not conditional love but true unconditional love. Stop fighting yourself and blocking your blessings. Be thankful for everything the seemingly good and bad for both are there just to help us all evolve. You may have forgotten whom you are however, some have not.
