I love the single cover art and song itself Phil Collins is the man and this song came out 1985 I wasn't even born yet I was born on October 26 even though if my Dad and my mom didn't have me my born day.
Always my favourite Phil Collins song, probably not his best. It resonates with me, I have never been sure where my home is and that is not just the beer! When you are so fed up, you just want someone to "Take you Home". I love the drum outro, it does not last long enough!
I feel you. I don't know what country you live in but here in the US they don't make you feel at home...but thank God I got the chance to go to Morocco in Africa...I swear that felt as close to home as I could get! God willing you'll find it. We all deserve to feel home!
I love both versions of this song, but if I had to pick a favorite, it would be from his "First Farewell" Tour in Paris in 2004! Phil Collins, the band, and the crowd all were on point!
Gilbert Torres speaking of NBC, it was used in the last montage of Miami Vice's Prodigal Son in which Crockett and Tubbs leave New York to return to Miami.
After this many years, I finally get it, Phil. I'm so ready to go home.
Me too. I hope someone plays this song at our funerals.
One of my favorite singers of the 80's! Genesis is good too!
I literally had to crank my bass up on my 7.1 headsets, and turn the volume all the way up. Such an amazing song, gives me chills....amazing.
This is so much better than the single version
What an amazing song.
AMEN TO THAT.. crank this up and be thankful you are alive to enjoy the genius that is PC!!!

Adam Kesingland home isn't a structure. It's where your heart is. Good luck finding it my friend.
Darrel McKnight, I know it is not a place or structure. I just would like to know where my heart should be.
