How should we handle scenarios where the user does not have access to the source?

Do I need an Azure OpenAI environment for the LLM part of Copilot Studio? Or does an Azure OpenAI environment get provisioned automatically and runs on the background? Can I influence things like temperature of the LLM that runs on the background with Copilot Studio? Do I get an x amount of prompts for x amount of money per month with Copilot Studio? I guess I can deploy the chatbot in Sharepoint and in a Teams channel. What about your standard webpages? Or do I need an Azure OpenAI environment for that together with an Azure OpenAI Rest API and a custom web interface? This is the problem with Microsoft. They launch a bunch of apps, all with similar names and I do not have a clear overview of how Copilot Studio relates to their other products. It would be great if someone can answer my questions posted above.
