A smørrebrød with egg, shrimp, mayo salt & pepper with a ice cold Cocio is my favorite 😂 best part is it's cheap and easy if you make it yourself! Hope you enjoyed your stay brother, great video ✊🏽
A reminder about Smørrebrød. The knife and fork is there for a reason. Smørrebrød is eaten with a knife and fork, not by hand. That's why it was messy for you to eat. 😂 Eggs and shrimp is always a great option.
You only need a knife and fork for when there're a lot of toppings, or something "runny". A normal homemade "håndmad" is no problem without utensils. Thus the name "håndmad" ;)
Hearing Tuborg called a local beer made me chuckle :) 150 year old Danish brewery, and I think 2nd largest in the country, up until they merged with Carlsberg back in the 70's. Truthfully, Carlsberg and Tuborg are more or less the same :) But yeah, Copenhagen is a great city for food, but very pricey!
Bakeries in Denmark is usually only to go. Traditionally the dad would pickup the bred and pastries for the families on a weekend morning. Or the bluecolored workers would buy a bun on their way to work.
I love that. Also my friend told me about a called too good to go that the locals use to get cheap discounted bread and pastries . Shops sell them end of the day at cheap prices
IMHO the cardamom bun is a bit plain and not so much a treat or cake/danish, I can think of 5 other pasteries I would chose before that, if I had to recommend someone new to the scene .
@@teflontravels The classic is of course the kanelsnegle aka cinnamon roll (with sugar/iciing in the middle) there are also a variant of that with rum, I like that one, beside that I would recommend one with yellow cream "overskåren" or "Spandauer" those are my favorites, then there are also one with brow sugar I like called "brunsviger" Btw Tuborg Beer is brewed by Carlsberg and is about the same, if you want something with a bit more tast/color go for Calsberg classic, but we also have many special beers from smaller breweries, worth to look for if your a beer lover and the hotdog you did is ok if it is important for you it is organic it is great, but IMHO the normal once tast better.
@@teflontravels Btw the city have done a lot for the water quality over the last decade, I don`t belive it ever was as dirty as the thames or the seine, but you did`t go swimm there 20 years ago.
Yeah why pay more just to stay in town, when you can live outside of town for less and use public transport, more money for fun. If you stay somewhere with a kitchen buy most of your main meals in the store.
Just a tip. limit background music to Intro's, Outro's and B-rolls. It gets a bit to much having it constantly ;) If you are still here you should check out some other cities also. Copenhagen is not the only thing we have to offer :D

Hahaha 😅 cocio is so addictive 😅
Cocio might be the best chocolate milk in the world 😃 They also make them with coconut flavour, dark chocolate, mint aso
I really enjoyed this video! Watching during my last few hours in Copenhagen as I figure out what to eat 😅 thanks for creating!
Glad you liked the video and hope you enjoyed Copenhagen 😊
Happy you enjoyed it
Glad you enjoyed and the food experience was really good. Thanks for watching 😉

Now it makes sense bro and I never knew at the time 😅. I need to apologise to the community 🤣

@@Valjean666dkI’m learning bro 😅
I will coming for vacation, need someone to take me round Copenhagen
Unfortunately I won’t be there but it’s quite easy to navigate. Just take your time and roam around on a bike . Enjoy
Great content Tef, Denmark looks like fun .
Nuff respect bro 😎 👊🏾
Amazing content. Thanks for sharing it 😊
Cheers bro 😎👊🏾
Making notes since I am doing a solo trip in a a few weeks. Great video.

Carlsberg was my favourite. Appreciate the info 😎 and definitely an amazing city with quality food. Wish it wasn’t pricey lol
@@teflontravels That's just Denmark in general for you :) It's expensive as all hell over here - Although London is just as bad, if not worse ^^
Very true. Although I find Denmark is abit more top tier

Love the vlog! Was the domoda made by Gambians?
Yes it was. They were at the back cooking
Fun fact: The Cocio you seemed to fall in love with as cold, is often served warm (optionally) at the traditional Hotdog stands/wagons.
Interesting. I think I’d prefer it cold tho 😋
@@teflontravels haha, maybe so. I just found it ironic that you couldn't find a hot chocolate anywhere 😄
And that as well 🤣
They keep the hot chocolate in the fridge by the looks of it 🤣
@@teflontravels obviously! 🤣
Fun fact : Eva mendez was once the Cocio Girl
All I saw was bikes through out the video 😂
@@Carmel7-7 bikes are everything over there. Best way to get around
Danish food has a lot of pork.
You might struggle :p
It was abit of a struggle but I find they have a lot of alternatives

I’ve already been told 😅🤦🏾♂️
hi you should timestamp your videos, for whenever you try out the different food.
I don't have the attention span to watch 40+ minute videos sorry :P
No problem. I’m on it😉
Will do it today
I've timestamped the video. Thanks for pointing it out 🙂

really ? 👀
I don’t go on holiday to cook. I do these things when I’m back home and plus I document street food on my channel
Tuborg and Carlsberg are made by the same company and both are brewed in a medium sized town called Fredericia over in Jylland 🙂
