Hi Tracie, we had a similar incident a few years ago with our tent. I forgot to unzip the screens and tie them back and the wind tore the tent up off the stakes and ripped two of the screens and sent in flying in the back yard. This was at night so it was an expensive lesson learned but we still enjoy it. Thanks for sharing the set-up of your tent and you have a blessed day. By the way your back yard is beautiful, love your flower colors. 🙂❤️

Thank you thank you thank you . Your video was right to the point what a great job you did. The manufacturer should pay you to To have made this video. I have no idea how you figured it out. The directions that came with this were a complete waste of time. The manufacturer should be ashamed but i'm willing to bet they're not. Just one thing. The screening goes around the outside of the polls. This way The screening doesn't blow inside the Guzibo. I was actually thinking about returning mine. My wife and I were so angry trying to put it up. Anyway I think you and your husband are the best thanks again. Henry

I noticed in the comments/reviews on Amazon that the instructions were vague and there were a lot of bad reviews about it not holding up in the wind. I just received this canopy and the reviews stated that the imstructions were confusing. I'm planning on setting my canopy up this weekend. You explained and demonstrated it so well. Thanks! I have to find some sand. I'm setting it up on grass so I hope it has stakes. We don't get too much of bad weather in Norrhern NJ during the summer.

I see this answer is after the fact but it should have the weighted sand bags and anchored at each corner 👍🏽. How did it hold up during the storm?

Hi Kevin! Yes!!! We have had 2 tents destroyed but when I use this method of anchoring it down and using the weights on each pole leg- our tent has survived several baaaad rain/wind storms 🙌🏽

Hello Roland! We take down the gazebo tent after our fall season ends, and then we’ll put it back up in the mid spring time close to summer. We do not keep it up in the winter because the snow would weigh it down most likely. We don’t want to take a chance on ruining it since we won’t be outside using it anyway. Usually the legs are just spread too far apart 👍🏽
It looks good all the way set up! The hook anchors are a definite must. Did the sandbags come with the tent? If not, where did you get them from?

Hi! I have seen a few people leave theirs up all year- I would be concerned about the weight of the snow ❄️ during winter months if you’re in a state that has snow in the winter. But if you’re in a southern or south eastern state it may not be a problem 👍🏽
