Basmati Rice - बासमती चावल - 1 Cup
Salt - नमक - 1 tsp ( For Rice)
Oil - तेल - 1 tsp ( For Rice)
Oil - तेल - 2 tbsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
Carrot - गाजर - 1/2 Cup, finely chopped
French Beans - फ्रेंच बीन्स - 1/2 Cup, finely chopped
Capsicum - शिमलामिर्च - 1/2 Cup, finely chopped
Cabbage - पत्तागोभी - 1/2 Cup, finely chopped
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce - सोया सॉस - 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - शेज़वान सॉस - 1.5 tbsp
Vinegar - सिरका - 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - टमाटर सॉस - 1 tbsp
