I tried a small variation for the schezwan paste and added some round red chilllis to spice it up a little more. It came out really well.
Thank you very much for sharing the recipe. Never thought home made schezwan sauce would be so easy and delicious. I never got the taste even with store bought sauces. Many of our friends demand schezwan fried rice as the default menu item now. 😊👍🏻

no, they use dark miso and the major difference here is Korean use the chilly powder or flake here we have used complete chillies.
