I bet when Champlain founded Quebec in the 17th century he never imagined a 60-foot tractor-drawn aerial would be navigating its narrow cobblestone streets 400 years later! At the time we provided tiller training to the great guys of Quebec, they were the only department in all of Canada to be operating tractor-drawn aerials.
