Every Mom & Grand mom have their own secret recipe for all our problems. So, here is my Mom’s tip for beautiful and healthy hair.
♡Fenugreek Seeds- Fenugreek seeds are a rich source of iron & protein - two essential nutrients for hair growth.
They also contain a unique composition of plant compounds, including flavonoids and saponins. These compounds are presumed to induce hair growth due to their anti- inflammatory and anti- fungal effects.

Fenugreek seeds soaked overnight, grind it into a paste. Mix it in coconut milk and simply apply that on your hair for half an hour and wash it off.
Tip: - Do not let it dry on your head , gets difficult to wash off

Yes, instead, use it in oil by infusing it and applying it to your hair once or twice a week it will help yo have thick growth, but remember, have healthy and protein food to help more and have good sleep on silk pillow cover will help to keep your hair hydrated

Damn! That's so true. I am an acute sinus patient and after using it as hairpack, my sinus issue turned so worse!
My MOTHER also prepare hair mask for me flaxseed jel, banana and 5 drops of rosemary essential oil make a paste and apply for 40 mins it's works wonders and it's very relaxing and i don't like oiling so she prepare 4,5 hair masks for me all are so so good 👍👌😌😊

I did this regularly once a week without fail for a year and my hair improved immensely. I also added some oil/honey to it. I used readily available packaged methi powder and Dabur coconut milk. She’s right about washing it before it dries. Also if you’re applying on the scalp it has to be cleaned properly otherwise you’ll get dandruff. Now I apply only on the length

Yeah!! This is so true. Even my mom used to apply this on my hair when I was a kid. She add a few lime drops as well. It gives a good smell and helps in treating dandruff. This paste is amazing.

Kindly be mindful while using methi on hair in quantity and time duration too . As anything excess might lead to burning sensation around throat and leave a severe headache too .

This really works. Gives a good volume to your hair also act as a natural exfoliant for your scalp. If you have fine and thin hair while slightly dry wash it off, otherwise it can lead to breakage of hair.

I mix it with curd and use it on my hair and face, it gives you a smooth skin and hair
This one is good for oily scalp
But if you mix it with coconut milk it acts as a conditioner and also good for dry scalp.

I really love using the Liitleextra coocoonion kit! It makes my hair so smooth, and I don't have to use conditioner anymore. My hair doesn't break as much now. I'm also using a neem wood comb for hair fall, but I'm not sure if it's helping. I think we need to do things inside and outside to stop hair from falling. This kit helps keep my hair smooth and not falling out.

I tried this once but used curd instead of coconut milk. Left it for about half an hour to 45 minutes and washed it off. By next day, I got the worst cold of my life. Too cooling for me.

Mam Kindly share for the hair thinning problem and grow new hair
Cut aloe Vera leaf from middle and insert methi seeds inside aloe Vera for 3 days. After 3 days the methi has started to sprout. Grind the methi and aloe pulp with hibiscus flowers. Now add fresh curry leaves to boiling coconut oil with this paste.
When cold filter the oil and keep in air thigh container. Apply the oil 3 hours before hair bath. The falling of hair will stop. And new growth will start.
Can we shampoo ?
Wash it off with shampoo or just water?

Jaya Bhaduri Bachan fries the methi seeds in coconut oil a few minutes and put oil in a container for daily use.

Coconut milk is also going to need preparation.
Put warm/ room temperature coconut oil on your scalp & hair at night before going to bed. Massage gently, keep it overnight & wash with room temperature or lukewarm water next day alongwith quality shampoo. You can put oil an hour before taking bath.
