    It’ s helpful in some ways but when i improvise i literally forget the text not entirely but merely. When i train lookin at mirror i aint know if its bcuz im alone i can show my emotions better. Have any suggestons

    interesting activity. a good management tool to organize the tool. I'm curious if there is too much teacher talk for the activity to have flow. you know? But i understand you are guiding the thinking and awareness of the thinking and mindfulness.

    i have my 1st acting class today but i'm really shy so just watching this is making me really anxious

      You've got this! Breathe and wiggle your toes when feeling a big emotion. It's very natural to feel anxious before trying something new.

    but the Director needs a Lav Mic or Speak REALLY LOUD...

      Did you look at the UA-cam channel volume? It's the third icon below the video- it's invisible until you put your curser over the video.
