I have the Avermedia live gamer mini and I set it up the same way, but no sound comes through from my PS4 in streamlabs only video. it only works in there software. Any idea how I can get sound in streamlabs ??
Leigh no. Someone told me Avermedia is going out of business so I just returned it & bought the Elgato. Good luck!
You would need to plug the audio out on your gamer mini to your computer's mic in
Open the capture card source properties (under sources, right click the capture card), make you you use the device drop down menu and switch it to Live gamer mini Stream engine. I believe the default is Live gamer mini.
