I believe those are your actual parts, not 'like your kit' but THE kit that we sent you. As far as the hoses go, we only ever billed you for the 2 line kit, I re-emailed the invoice so that you can see. You talked to Bob so I don't know what you guys arranged, but if you check the line for hoses, he actually charged you $65 less that what we normally price those at. If you would like the 2 other stainless lines, we can still do that later.
I have a 99 suburban, the brakes have always been weak, I want to put a lift and bigger tires but not until I get the brakes working better, I just replaced all the rusted out brake lines. Next I would like to upgrade to the hydro boost. I will check out your website and give you a call, Thanks, Bob
@@someone_in_the_comments. yes from what I read can use a brake booster/master cylinder from the gmt800s 1999 to 2006. Because 99 was a change over year you want to look at 2000 to 2006 and it helps to rid the spongy feel the obs gmt400s are known for.
If you still need help on the install you can look up '8lug magazine hydroboost' in UA-cam, there is an installation that you can watch. It is a Ford, but it is virtually the same thing for the booster portion. I personally just but a 2001 Tahoe 4X4 that is lifted, and doesn't stop (standard mushy pedal). It does already have rear disc but we will likely do an installation on it since there were a LOT of these vehicles, and they all had weak brakes.
My 96 tahoe takes off just fine, but once I have to brake, it doesn't see the gears again until I restart????any ideas? Yes, i have larger than the standard 245's that are stock with this truck. any help is much appreciated, since my grandson is having his first repair project with me on this...Thanks, much appreciated, Penelope perplexed in Chandler AZ
I just added the links to the different pages to the description of the video. I also added the brake pedal (which was previously not listed in the webstore), and in the next few days I will add the larger wheel cylinders with higher friction shoes, and front/rear caliper upgrade options that we have for those vehicles as well. But you can go to the page that we have for the vehicles and play around with the drop down menus to see the pricing options that we have.
I am spongy brakes on my 97 Chevy Tahoe I changed everything I’ve tried everything except for this can someone please help me find a way to get in touch with me I need help

i heard if you get a larger master cylinder like for a newer 4x4 chevy truck that is compatible with your year that helps rid of the spongy pedal
any truth to this? i have a 4x4 2dr diesel tahoe that needs work. would this be worth it?
