    I love the bread slicer. I wonder why every supermarket doesn't have one. The magnifying glass is a great idea as I would not need to use my reading glasses to read the small print. I can hear the comfort and joy you feel in your video.

      Thanks. Yeah, I loved that slicer. As well the magnifying glass is important for me because my wife always asks me to read ingredients. And sure, we feel home here that's why we feel the comfort and joy. And I would say it's even better than Russia because it's more modern. I can't stop thinking especially about the high speed trains. First time riding them in my life. :)

    • @danielkurtovic9099
      @danielkurtovic9099 10 місяців тому +2

      Answer why every supermarket does`t have one bread slicer is actually very simple, there is no such need for them. Maybe one or two persons who buy a bread out of one hundred use bread slicer.
      For example me buying bread in some five stores , all have bread slicers more than 15 years and I never use it once.
      I preffer take a slice by knife on my own. God give me two hands to use them, one hold bread the other one cut the slice with a knife :). simple :)

    • @halfrussian
      @halfrussian  10 місяців тому +3

      @@danielkurtovic9099 the thing about that slicer is that it cuts the bread in perfect peices. As well in that machine it's possible to choose how thin or thick you want it. As well I prefer ready pieces because when I cut the bread it always fall apart. As well it's better to buy a fresh one and cut it instead of buying already cutted one that lose the taste. I mean toaster bread.

    • @danielkurtovic9099
      @danielkurtovic9099 10 місяців тому +2

      @@halfrussian Oh I know all that , I was only half serious. On the other hand if you not practice something you`ll never improve your skills, either it is slice the bread , cut the firewood, drawing etc
      But that is me , so forunately we have bread slicer in supermaket who preffer that way.
      Wish all the best to you and your family. If you come again in Novi Sad , coffee icecream on my bill. :)

    A few facts
    Not a single brand of Supermaket in Serbia is owned by govermant, not a single one. Those times past more than 25 years ago , now all of them are private ownership.
    Second , at the exchange store you do not need passport, why would you ?? Only sometimes they ask for some indentification only IF you selling dollars , even native residents ( law against money laundry).
    third
    welcome , glad to see that you manage to sattle with your family, all the best.

It's 2.15€ in Germany maybe they have it in Serbian dm too? It lasts a very long time I used the soap everyday for over two months till it was empty. I also recommend Rubber toothpick and Dontodent tooth band floss. It's a white and blue glittery package for 99 cents. Excellent very thin and flat and has wax on it for easy painless cleaning.
