- Grian surviving 100 Hours In Minecraft Hardcore I am spending 100 hours in minecraft hardcore and trying to do all the minecraft things and still survive till the end, when do you think I will fail? This is a unique series where we have guests on to help out with difficult tasks

Ok but imagine this- at 50 hours you invite your guest (lets say MumboJumbo). MumboJumbo joins and begins playing with you and adding to your world. Once you hit 100 hours, you're gone. You retire from the server. But Mumbo keeps playing. Once he hits 50 hours, he invites a guest... And so on and so on. You'll pass on this world generation by generation until someone loses it.
Grian: "This is the last life server repurposed for hardcore...."
Grain: “Why is everyone invading my server!?”
Grain seems to be looking at this more as “how much can I do in 100 hours” rather than “I need to survive for 100 hours while still accomplishing things”
Grian: Well, they didn't steal anything.
"We're at -15, in a normal Minecraft world, this would be the void"
Iskall: takes tens of hours to get a trident.
I just realized the timer is a foreshadowing of limited life, a series grian didn't know about yet

In my experience, "I'm a lot of hours in, and I haven't got a house" is a big part of the Minecraft experience

You know, he never really finished the thought about the coal, but I can definitely sympathize. I’ve made a couple singleplayer worlds since 1.18 dropped, and I’ve had serious trouble finding enough coal in literally every single one. I’ve resorted to using charcoal a couple times, which I don’t like doing because it makes me feel like a noob, and I’ve been seriously considering making a wither skeleton farm just for the coal drops. (I think it’s worse because the ratio of coal VS copper + iron + gold is insanely lopsided, and considering everything else coal’s used for, there’s just never enough coal for everything I want to do.)
I love how “Grian plays hardcore” has turned into the next season of “Hardcore Hermits.”

The “good soup” made me laugh so hard god this is why I binge watch grian he makes my life so much better 😭
