Can't put the AI genie back in the bottle once it's out. I thought the Green and Glass video was a really profound and contextually appropriate integration, and I think in a decade or two we're going to look back and see the whole thing differently.

They should do another AI video, anyway. Any "fans" they'd lose would quickly be replaced by many more. Actual fans know that the band aren't a bunch of spiteful a-holes. Incredibly immature for grown adults to jump to conclusions (and the "faux hate" bandwagon) when there's an actual disclaimer at the beginning of the video.
I don't feel like I'm a spiteful asshole. I listen to what she had to say and I changed my mind a little bit on the AI music video, but I think it's mostly just the principle of not using AI when you don't have to...
@@MrCOLBSTAH "Spiteful a-holes" referred to the fact that the band wouldn't just be disrespectful to artists. Their use of AI makes complete sense as the concept album is about AI. People have basically complained about creative freedom being taken away while telling the band they're not allowed to have creative freedom.
Maybe I am a bit worrisome.. But I think it is pretty naive to think that AI is not a threat...
Incredibly naive in fact.
The fact that they have music generation AI that could potentially fool some people and everyday gets better and better..
It will drive for more human art...but the majority wont care
