Yusuke Godai leaves the message, “I've returned to Tokyo because of some important business, but I will return tonight. Because I'm going to take this seriously,” for the injured Detective Ichijo who he carried to the hospital, and briefly returns to Tokyo. Even though he understands Yusuke's sentiment, Ichijo can't shake his guilt at letting Yusuke get wrapped up in the fighting, and attends a meeting after returning to the prefectural police. And at the preschool where his younger sister Minori works, Yusuke finishes up his “important business” of playing with the children, all the while a strange group gathers in Tokyo...

Kuuga is the perfect KR series for me how it's written the world building the action cinematography the last fight in the snow is just 'Ultimate' perfcetion
Agree 150%. But I feel like something missing with Kuuga series. Especially, the final arc of the season.
@@halimmohamad8255 which episode you didn't quite enjoy as the other, it's been a while since I rewatch Kuuga, but I didn't find many fault as I did when I watched Agito, Ryuki, and newer ones like Geats 😁
@@ranyaputri3406 Kuuga is great kamen rider series among all kamen riders. I only have problem with episode when the first time Godai turn into Black kuuga, in episode Kuuga vs Beetle Grongi in night scene, untill final episode. Especially Daguva establishment. I know Daguva is the main villian of the show. But Daguva didnt get much justice. His appearance not enough to me. The Ultimate Kuuga form too also not getting much establishment 'visually', they just tell it verbally but not visually. The ending felt rush. It feels like there was some episode cut out/missing. The build up to the final episode was not strong enough but good.
But Kuuga still the great Kamen rider series.
Man Godai transforming in this particular episode NEVER fails to give me chills every time! I think it's cause it feels the most like a masked superhero type of moment.
I got used to modern kamen rider format where they keep their belt somewhere with them and they struggle to take it out or to reach out for them, my neighbour brought a Kuuga cd with him amd we watched this episode with my family and the whole time I'm watching Godai getting beaten up by the cheetah I yelled out to the screen like "IT'S IN YOUR BAG MAN REACH IT OUT AND TRANSFORM 0∆0)" not knowing he can manifest his belt like that and I was mindblown, that shet is cool

Godai being a friend to all those kids is so darn refreshing. And reminds me of that image of a certain future Rider as a child posing with Kuuga.

The highlight for me in that episode was when they had Tokyo cop surrounded both of them, and I'm thinking that's exactly the kind of thing cops would do when they see something like this and it made me appreciate the level of realism they put into the show

Doing a marathon of Kuuga right now for the first time,
I’m LOVING the characters, Ichijou is the GOAT, episode 12 is my favorite episode of Kamen Rider EVER besides episodes 5-6 of W with the little girl who thought W was her late father. Love Godai’s character and how he impacts the supporting cast, it’s so GOOD!

can someone tell me that Godai has a job too? I mean most Kamen Rider protagonists have jobs like:
Agito is a chef
Ryuki is a journalist
Faiz is a cleaning (laundry) service employee
Blade is a BOARD employee
Hibiki is a secret agent working for Tachibana sweets
Kabuto is a diner owner, albeit being multitalented
Den-O is a cafe owner (although it's his sister's cafe)
Kiva works in his father's atelier
Decade is a photographer
W is detective
OOO is a part time worker in a diner
and the list goes on
Well Godai job is like avdenturer with the 1001 skills, just like to go everywhere around the world.
But I think that his has a job at Pole pole as a helper or some sort, even tho that might not count as a job..

Ichijou should've called up the helicopter pilot as witness during the ULF-01 fight to prove Kuuga's innocence. That would at least exempt Growing Kuuga from guilt.
