Hey T90. Can we have some content of you casting players in the mid range around 1300/1400? I like the entertainment of low elo and pro but I feel I could learn more watching you critique mid range players :)
I was just thinking this watching his Bombard Tower video.
Some like top 500 players or whatever mid-high elo is, so they are good games, not Low Elo Legends, but not so high that the game is decided by millimeters off perfection.

Whenever I deleted villagers I'd just assume they hang up their working tools and quickly volunteered for enlistment in the army to protect the kingdom, then I'd feel good about it

I think it is beautifull to see both players being so fair....Slam killing his vills was so insane, and Bact taking off his sheeps was so nice, even more if Slam never asked to do it
These two pros in particular play each other so much that they sometimes chat with each other while playing. They really like each other an they are 2 of the nicest streamers you can watch.
Plot twist: all of T90's opponents deleted their starting villagers to give him a chance.
Slam did the classic Feudal Lord thing: killing his workers in a show of honor. Also his micro is broken. Is he faster than Hera?

Ya man such an underrated strategy. I always go fast 15 minute feudal and get really close to winning every time so it’s definitely a good strategy.
I am still learning how to rush but it is great strat.
Nobody who ever tried this strategy in a 1v1 came in worse than 2nd place. Shows you how good it is.

Such a wholesome community, it’s nice to see this community in one of my most favorite games (I’m kinda a player of the first hour, but haven’t played since 111) 😊

Sadly I think the attitude of taking every current advantage possible is something that has happened quite recently (5-10 years ago, I guess)
Every person in every community I was involved with 10-15 years ago had this "honourable" mentality that would do EXACTLY this (even it out for a *real* game)
The thing is, even in this setting, there is no downside to doing this. You are gaining nothing by winning this battle through a resignation. You will get an artificial rating boost that will likely have you destroyed over the next few games, essentially levelling it out. HOWEVER, if you are friendly like this, you might gain a friend or some mutual respect that will last. You will also gain the experience of a "legit" game, with the added bonus that it's unusual, forcing you to think more!
To me it seems like newer players in many games and communities just don't understand the advantage of mutual respect and cooperation, and too many people want the quick win.

considering bact was afk for 6 minutes of the game, feel like it would have been simpler for slam to just stop doing anything, let bact build on their own for 6 minutes, and then they start up again roughly equal at the 12 or 13 minute mark.

Have you ever thought of casting some games of Galactic Battlegrounds? possibly Galactic Battlegrounds with the Expanding Fronts mod as well? It's essentially an Age of Empires II clone but it's really done quite well and has some additions to it too.
