Yes i understand your concern, so give your vehicle to some genuine service centre, and build some good relations with manager their give some 50-100 rupeee or say "app meri scooty ka kaam krwa do aapko mil jayega" give him 50-100 rupee they'll do your work efficiently.

Yes u can tell but dont tell it was happend 3 months ago say it happens just 3-4 days ago thats it tell everything same just change the date other wise they will found an exuse to reject your claim
