Tip! if you put the chia seeds in onto of the liquid before blending they won't stick to the bottom of the blender! that smoothie looked so yum though! def will be making that tomorrow! xx

I’ve started doing this , while working out in the morning (6am) I just crave sugar real baaaad throughout the day ! Despite eating a full meal at 11/12pm anyone else ???😞😞 Absolutely love you!!!! Hi Georgie, I've just checked out the preworkout you recommend. Im newly back at the gym after having two kids (18 months apart). I tried a preworkout and 2 weeks later got the worst allergic reaction (not confirmed but only new thing I added to my diet so just putting two and two together). Keen to try something more natural, because lets face it.. gotta have a preworkout haha. Cheers for putting that in your video. Awesome vid! Been watching you for about 6 months. Just signed up to your newletter too. 😊

I am getting back into intermittent fasting, but I realized this time around I am not as energized in the mornings for my workouts, do you recommend drinking coffee before or pre-workout(I don't want to put too much sugar into my body so early) and if you drink pre-workout/protein shakes does it still count as fasting??
hahaha THANK YOU ANITA!! Glad you agree re savoury and sweet lol I have pre workout which I find helps :) there is different opinions but the natural pre-workout I take isnt many cals and they say if you are under 50 it is still fasting. I personally do it :)
So I know you do more intuitive eating and prefer a higher fat diet, but what would you suppose your macro percentages are right now? 40% C, 30% F, 30% P? Just curious 🤗 Also, here's a video idea that I feel many people would find helpful - maybe take us on your next grocery shop and show all the staples for a week's worth of your meals...maybe compare prices to eating out and show how eating healthy and at home isn't as pricy as some may think ☺️
