I've been so so excited for this video! I also just had a little cry because my brand new WHITE bedside table has a huge yellow stain on it because my turmeric tea leaked 😂 just when I start trying to be extra healthy. Ah well this video cheered me up ❤️

With the supplements that youre using would you recommend them to anyone? I exercise daily so would these work well, or is there a specific amount of training i should be doing?

I have a question, I want to lose some fat but also maintain my muscle, because my weight sessions are so long I don't normally have time for the extra HIIT. This made me consider trying what you do but I don't understand how I wouldn't lose my shoulder definition etc if I'm not doing multiple exercises that do all angles of your shoulders? E.g you're only doing hell raises but what about other parts of your shoulders? ❤️
Cait Hill I'm in the same boat as you in regards to fat loss but maintaining my muscle but try to bare in mind that you don't have to do 30 minutes of HIIT every session. I usually spend an hour in the weights section and then do around I0 minutes HIIT at the end of my session but maybe like 3x a week - I do sprint intervals which are a quick but effective way to burn fat. also I do agree that if you want to balance out the muscle in your shoulder then yes you should plan a workout that targets each specific area :)
melvyn hardman thank you so much for the reply! I need to start shortening my weight sessions because they currently go for about an hour to an hour and a half. With stretching, warming up and HIIT as well this is way too long 😅💪🏼
Cait Hill You're welcome :) and it's good that you dedicate so much time towards something that benefits you in such a positive way but yeah maybe just focus on the key exercises if you want to cut them down/save time a bit x
melvyn hardman good idea! It's so hard to stick to the basics because I always feel like "the more the better" especially if you're only training each muscle group once a week
Cait Hill I know what you mean, I feel like because I do quads/hams/glutes 3x a week usually, I don't feel as pressured every session. however I only do upper body once a week so I can sympathise with you there. maybe try training two muscle groups in one session for example back and shoulders? that's if you wanna try to fit in more sessions than just one for specific muscles unless your happy with what your doing now :) x

oh you go girl!!! I do eat it sometimes (im not lactose intolerant) but notice if I have too much I get bloating issues so dont incorporate it too much :)

I do 2 per week which are usually 30 mins and I will finish the workout by myself - all other workouts are by myself :)

You dont need to shred in any way shape or form. You are tiny and lean and see your abs! Dont obsess 😩
Rachel Blair nothing wrong with wanting to lose a bit more fat. Especially if it’s done in a healthy way.
I don’t think she’s obsessed, there’s always negative connotations towards woman ‘shredding fat’ just cause people see them as lean already. It’s completely fine as it’s her choice especially since she’s doing it the healthy way
Lol always people quick to attack. Im giving her a compliment i think she looks brilliant already. Just makes me sad that girls dont see themselves as lean when they need to look around the big wide world and realise in the grand scheme of things they are in a very smallll percentile of people who are already superrr lean and are doing good. Always pushing towards something else. Never happy or satisfied! Im one of them 😁
Rachel Blair I wasn’t “attacking”? I’m simply just responding to your comment. How do you know she doesn’t think she is lean? I’m lean, but I still have goals of wanting to get more lean. I’m healthy and love my body so why not? Just because you always want more doesn’t mean you aren’t happy or satisfied. Some people are just driven, always wanting to strive for greatness.
Thanks Rachel - I totally agree - and just like I have said, if i looked like this walking down the aisle I would be happy - just focusing more on it and want to feel my best on the day! I don't do excessive cardio or under eat - I work full time, still go out with my partner and friends so I wouldn't say I am 'obsessed' but definitely focus on my goal! :)
