From the delicious drinks, the ambiance, the pool, the DJ and the very LARGE selection of food including sushi, seafood and various meat, I have to say, we LOVED IT.
Mawimbi is located on Kijade Street in Nairobi, Kenya and it is for sure a restaurant that we will be visiting again and again.

Next time you're at the coast, try Tamarind Restaurant, Jahazi Restaurant at the Serena Hotel or Monsoons Restaurant. Sea food at its best. I agree, Mawimbi is on the pricey side but great food...Am with you Dave on the steak!..Great video.

Great review. Been there, liked their food bit its expensive as you noted but its really good. What pissed me off is that local beers were Kes 500. Just unbelievable.
