A good resource I use to search for supplements is the Australian Institute of Sport. It provides in-depth descriptions of the supplement as well as placing them in a Class system based on research and efficacy

It is so interesting to see which drugs and supplements are allowed and why given their effects on the body. I have heard about the impact of creatine but I did not realize the major impact that caffeine could have on performance.

This was a great video and explained the clear difference between banned substances and helpful supplements. Everyone wants an edge in their sport and often resorts to using substances to get that, so it is helpful to understand how they work in the body. I am also shocked to hear which supplements are banned because often it's not the ones I think.
