The way he describe the character of Azlan that he was not glorified, is very interesting point of view, the writer kept it very natural I think, because no body change over night , by the way Ishq e las was a beautiful message , and the connection of this darama with Allah and Quran is beautifully portrayed. And the darama really deserve a award yumna sajal and Azan played it well.

Completely agree with Azan's point of his character's portrayal. Azlaan was never the typical 'perfect' hero to begin with, filled with love, patience, and tameez. There were aspects in his personality that he needed to shed, which they showed he did under certain circumstances. So there was really no need to show in the end that he was this wonderful guy waiting to be discovered. He was born with a silver spoon, was a high achiever, accomplished, rich. Those things will almost always make you arrogant if you've never tasted failure. That's when nature comes in and turns tables. Yet, when he loved his first wife, he did it with all his heart. He loved his mom and dad with all his heart.

Rabia is definitely the best interviewer we have in Pakistan. She puts her points forward, even the uncomfortable ones, without being condescending. She asks meaningful questions and allows the guest to articulate their thoughts in the best of their capacity. I also feel empathy plays a huge part in it, which she seems to have plenty of. Writer, director made a blunder mistake not showing Azlaan and Yemna's relation. They wasted too much time showing Yemuna and other guy, college scene murder scene. We need more Azlan. They just dragged it for no reason. It cud be easily 40 episode with little twist, with more Azlan and yemna scene.

Azaan, as a person seems like a very positive, very intelligent and upright with so much clarity. His acting as Azlan was very dynamic initially and then it became so emotional for me after Shanayaz death that I would mostly find my self in tears with his dialogue delivery and he literally spoke from his heart...

Azaan you are doing a good job in Ishq e Laa portraying a guy who was aggresive and angry, to a calm warm-hearted guy who is going close to Islam. The story was a bit slow after Sajal's but when in Ep 25 the marriage was starting and the contract was happening Ishq e Laa was back on track!!

First of all , thanks a bunch Fuchsia Magazine for this amazing interview . This is my very first comment on any you tube video, but after this thrilling performance by Azan Sami Khan , I was forced to express my views. I really wanted to see him talk live , but all his interviews were old ones, so this one arrived right on time!Secondly I second Rabia's point here that Azan was not given credit for some of the good deeds he did after Shanayas death , even if he paid the medical college fee out of love for Shanaya , but there was a scene in which he was thinking of disclosing this to Azka in a hope that she could help him in Shanayas case , but then he remembered her advice on doing somethings in life without thinking of the benefit /outcome , so he never told Azka about that., which I as a viewer feel was a very positive aspect of his personality that should have been highlighted . I was expecting Azka to atleast appreciate this good gesture of his while knowing that he had humbly requested her many times to support him in that murder CASE., and could have very easily put pressure on her due to this favour. No doubt he insulted her badly in his office , but the very fact that despite all this hatred , he didnt stoop to that low level. But she did not even think about this positive side , neither on the day she found out that secret ,nor when he started to change and become a better person , atleast in later episodes this incident could have been discussed between Azlan and Azka , when he was developing a soft corner for her . Nonetheless superb acting by Azan Sami Khan , you deserve an award for sure . There were instances in the beginning when I also thought that you are lacking expressions but when I re watched those early episodes , I also realised that maybe it was part of the character plus after watching your dialogue delivery and your interviews , it somewhat also matched with your natural disposition , surely your acting was not made up , very very natural right from the get go , and Episode 25 onwards , you simply nailed it !! WIshing you all the best in your personal and professional life . A very humble person indeed. Very well mannered , like his ever graceful and beautiful mom, Indeed Zeba Bakhtiar deserves a lot of compliment and credit for this amazing upbringing .

Exactly my point. It was awkward & uncomfortable. It has happened many times before but the thing is public criticism has to be taken productively & thus improvement has to follow. The interviewer has to have knowledge of how to ask a question that will not make the actor uncomfortable.

Rabia is definitely the best interviewer we have in Pakistan. She puts her points forward, even the uncomfortable ones, without being condescending. She asks meaningful questions and allows the guest to articulate their thoughts in the best of their capacity. I also feel empathy plays a huge part in it, which she seems to have plenty of. Writer, director made a blunder mistake not showing Azlaan and Yemna's relation. They wasted too much time showing Yemuna and other guy, college scene murder scene. We need more Azlan. They just dragged it for no reason. It cud be easily 40 episode with little twist, with more Azlan and yemna scene.

Azaan, as a person seems like a very positive, very intelligent and upright with so much clarity. His acting as Azlan was very dynamic initially and then it became so emotional for me after Shanayaz death that I would mostly find my self in tears with his dialogue delivery and he literally spoke from his heart...
Love Love Love this guy more than anything! He's soooo talented yet so down to earth. Such a cutie he is and it was great listening to him. So mature at such a young age , very levelheaded ♥️

Azaan you are doing a good job in Ishq e Laa portraying a guy who was aggresive and angry, to a calm warm-hearted guy who is going close to Islam. The story was a bit slow after Sajal's but when in Ep 25 the marriage was starting and the contract was happening Ishq e Laa was back on track!!

First of all , thanks a bunch Fuchsia Magazine for this amazing interview . This is my very first comment on any you tube video, but after this thrilling performance by Azan Sami Khan , I was forced to express my views. I really wanted to see him talk live , but all his interviews were old ones, so this one arrived right on time!Secondly I second Rabia's point here that Azan was not given credit for some of the good deeds he did after Shanayas death , even if he paid the medical college fee out of love for Shanaya , but there was a scene in which he was thinking of disclosing this to Azka in a hope that she could help him in Shanayas case , but then he remembered her advice on doing somethings in life without thinking of the benefit /outcome , so he never told Azka about that., which I as a viewer feel was a very positive aspect of his personality that should have been highlighted . I was expecting Azka to atleast appreciate this good gesture of his while knowing that he had humbly requested her many times to support him in that murder CASE., and could have very easily put pressure on her due to this favour. No doubt he insulted her badly in his office , but the very fact that despite all this hatred , he didnt stoop to that low level. But she did not even think about this positive side , neither on the day she found out that secret ,nor when he started to change and become a better person , atleast in later episodes this incident could have been discussed between Azlan and Azka , when he was developing a soft corner for her . Nonetheless superb acting by Azan Sami Khan , you deserve an award for sure . There were instances in the beginning when I also thought that you are lacking expressions but when I re watched those early episodes , I also realised that maybe it was part of the character plus after watching your dialogue delivery and your interviews , it somewhat also matched with your natural disposition , surely your acting was not made up , very very natural right from the get go , and Episode 25 onwards , you simply nailed it !! WIshing you all the best in your personal and professional life . A very humble person indeed. Very well mannered , like his ever graceful and beautiful mom, Indeed Zeba Bakhtiar deserves a lot of compliment and credit for this amazing upbringing .

Exactly my point. It was awkward & uncomfortable. It has happened many times before but the thing is public criticism has to be taken productively & thus improvement has to follow. The interviewer has to have knowledge of how to ask a question that will not make the actor uncomfortable.
