Looks great but the gas stove so close to the fridge is not a good idea maybe put the side table that is near it between the two .
Please move the stove away from the refrigerator will cause many many problems.
I totally agree with you as I did have that problem when with I had the 2 appliances close like that.
I had to move my refrigerator sideways instead to make it work. Thankfully, I had enough room for that to work.

acre homestead has freeze dried Zuchini and then run through the blender and it is now flour, she used a cup of this flour in her baking instead of white flour.
Hi Janice! Would you be able to move the refrigerator to be next to the sink? Then you could put a corner cabinet or stand and you wouldn’t need to worry about opening the refrigerator door into the wall.
Just an FYI. You don't want to place your freeze dryer close to a heat source, it makes it work really hard and can cause it to take longer to dry the food. It likes cooler weather. Hope that helps and doesn't cause too much grief.
The deck of the summer kitchen needs a slide for the kids to expedite a trip down.
I would like to have my prayer warriors on here to pray big time.My sister is having a total shoulder replacement tomorrow. She's been suffering with pain for a few years. She was going to have the surgery sooner but due to what happened to me, it was put on the side burner. I would really appreciate lots of prayers. She's elderly😢. Her name is Leela. Thank you. I’m so glad UA-cam has been able to bless your family and help finish the summer kitchen! It’s such a wonderful place to have! Lots of entertainment for the children! Functional space for you to prepare food for your family so more of the food you grow can be preserved and saved for you to use in the future! The upstairs the boys to have a nice bedroom and more space! Nice sewing room for Sara and whoever else wants to use it! The duck do make me happy watching them splash around and have a good old time!
Janet it looks amazing! I love how you organized it all. Your family has a special place to enjoy for many years! I think the tables look fine without the curtains and it would be easier to see your items and get them easier too and then there’s the laundering. The blue gingham check would like nice as window valances. Just my thoughts but you do what makes you happy.
The freeze dryer should have a moisture valve and possibly a small hose to drain the moisture after freeze drying is completed. All of them I've seen is on the opposite side of the freeze dryer than the pump. They all just use a bucket to put the hose into to drain it.
I was thinking the same thing that perhaps they aren’t turning the drain off and on when they are supposed to. Hopefully someone reads this!!! 🥰❤️🍁🙏🏻🇨🇦
Janice, please 🙏 pray for baby Bellamy (our 6th baby born this Valentine’s Day) … she’s 7 months now and yesterday developed a 103 Fahrenheit fever and (without too much tmi) … bottom issues. We don’t know what’s going on yet. I’ve been up all night. Doctor appt hopefully at 4pm eastern time

@@susangetz9202we’ve stayed in contact with her doctor with phone calls. She will be going at 4pm. Her ibuprofen brings her temp down to 100 most times so we are safe until doctor time.

Me too! Lol...😅 just kidding! I'm so happy your getting a freeze dryer. I have been wanting one for a couple of years, but I just can't afford one rt now. Cheapest I saw was over 1,000 dollars Of course.
They are well worth it because you can freeze dry candy. Fruits,veggies, that can last 20 to 25 years. You will get your money's worth out of it for sure. The summer kitchen looks awesome. ❤❤❤❤

The gas stove is too close to the fridge. The heat from the gas stove will eventually damage the exterior of the fridge. Your summer kitchen is great. Blessings always
Plus, you don’t want a source of heat directly touching a fridge / freezer, it negates the whole point of both appliances. Just a small gap would enable you to insert a heatproof separator of some sort, to keep them apart. A bigger gap would allow the insertion of a smaller version of your steel-topped tables, something you’ll be glad of when removing hot pans / jars from the oven or stove.
The rolling kitchen cart could be placed between the stove and fridge! That would solve the problem unless the gas lines behind the stove are too short.

You don’t know how much that means. I don’t get to hear that, ever since I found my dad had passed. Well, from another adult, someone I look up to. I make sure my kiddos know to the point that they are annoyed with hearing it LOL 😂 ❤ .. anyway I LOVE the turn out of your kitchen!!! You and Shawn’s plans have turned out to be stunning!! If I were the boys, I’d probably be trying to go to bed by 5pm just to get to enjoy the awesomeness of it all! Haha 😂! Summer Kitchen looks great. The refrigerator where it is placed looks like possible when you open the doors it will hit the wall. Maybe kiddy corner or move it to a different location. I also think it shouldn’t be next to the gas stove . So happy you’re almost done with completion!! Yayyyy.

It looks amazing. 🥰 You should try and keep a good space between your stove and fridge. Not ideal to have them next to each other.
I have seen other UA-camrs have to open or close a valve for the moisture when defrosting. They just have a bucket under the valve to catch the moisture. Maybe look at that or ask the company.
The Summer kitchen is beautiful. I love everything in it.
The stove should not be that close to the fridge. The heat will cause the fridge to work harder. Maybe put the small table between the two appliances.
Those folding plastic chairs can be stored out of the way on the floor under the steel tables.

The only thing missing in your summer kitchen is a bathroom just because you have some of your kids living in there.
Luckily there’s an outhouse by there if the Kids need something closer than the the house bathroom!
Janice, everything is so nice. Lovely video. Since your stove is next to your refrigerator, I suggest that the stove be moved where your rolling cart can be moved.
I know some kitchens have appliances side by side. It will make your refrigerator overwork. Which means you will be replacing it sooner. The flame over top is too much. It could damage the exterior of your refrigerator, too.

3 yrs ago my parents had me built a SHE SHED, on our property 24 ×28 it's fairly large, ive enjoyed decorating it, while I was gone to Asia my hubby and neighbor who is a electrician wired my whole shed then my uncle did the water, I couldn't have a bathroom or it would have been considered a Dwelling and that requires permits for building a house. I'm had so much fun decorating it, pink ,gold and white, hubby built floor to ceiling shelves, he built a desk under one of the windows. I do crafts and sew I also have a small business. I know how much you appreciate your new summer kitchen ❤

Hello again, I have one more recipe to share with you, but I think your family and you were really really enjoying. This is made in the clock, but you may put it in a large panel of stone, cold cream, chicken taco soup she put your crockpot 2 1/2 cups of chicken stock. One onion, finally chopped. Please close the garage chop 10 kitten tenders. When chicken is done removal crockpot. Add the following ingredients eight Jawo, you can’t go potatoes, peel, and sliced into bite slides one can of roasted tomatoes one can of roasted peppers. One can of black beans and can be rinse and dry. One package of frozen corn one can enchilada sauce mild. One package of taco seasoning, mild one pepper, 1 teaspoon onion salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic salt, happy cheeseburger cheese, white pepper teaspoon salt teaspoon of chili powder. Vegetables are done your chicken and one package of cream cheese cut into chunks put into crockpot stir put the crockpot for 10 to 15 minutes until stairwell. served with the green salad, tortilla chips, guacamole sour cream, Mexican cheese, shredded, and bag dessert apple crisp vanilla bean ice cream. Hope your family enjoys this. I hope you make it on your channel so I can see you make it thanks again. God bless.

You do not want to use the vinegar spray on your carts and tables. The acid in the vinegar will pit the surface. Also don't use on stoves and refrigerator. If you want to cut down on noise from freeze dryer, we bought noise absorbent tiles. You can put on wall behind freeze dryer. Also you may want to get mats that absorb splashed water by the sink for safety reasons. Also cushy ones for in front of stoves. It will help with backaches. The kitchen is totally awesome! Good job organizing everything!
Janice i am so glad to hear you are getting a freeze drier there is so much you can do with that that you could not do with a dehydrater and much quicker because you can do more at a time. How exciting to have your summer kitchen finished. It looks great. One suggestion-have you thought about moving your folding chairs to the corner by the small chest freezer? Not sure if they will all fit there or not but they would be out of the way yet close to wear you need them and a bit easier to get to. You could even get large hooks for the wall and hang them above the chest freezer if you have too many for the corner
Great job with 2nd house. Just FYI, you might want to re think refrigerator location. You aren't going to be able to open the door properly. Just a thought. I know because it happened to me.

It looks beautiful, but I think you may need to move the stove away from the refrigerator for big pots to fit comfortably and put the table in between.

Love the natural wood and the paint colors and especially the ceiling fans…I have the exact same one in my living room!
We have the circuit breaker in our living room. My husband painted it the same color as the wall and it is not so noticeable.
