  • I spotted a bin lorry I was trying to be polite at first saying why I'm filming its my project, Irrelevant to audits mostly when I don't get trouble, but two of them was just igront one of them started threatened me with the police no police ever turn up but it be good if they did so they can get educated nothing they can do about me filming, second one that breaks GDPR and approaches the camera, but this is the sort thing for real when you get tyrants that it's worth me putting up I don't permission to film as I'm in a public place, this is one of the reason I choose to do audits to stand my rights, I wasn't planning on intending to having this negative reaction but if there was no tyrants acting like this then this would of been for my other channel I'm not there for trouble as im free to film Dont permission in a public place youtube.com/@u...

Definition of Moron (Noun), as defined by Wikipedia: Moron is a term once used in psychology and psychiatry to denote mild intellectual disability. The term was closely tied with the American eugenics movement. Once the term became popularized, it fell out of use by the psychological community, as it was used more commonly as an insult than as a psychological term. See - 'London Audits'/'DJ Audits'/Pretty much any other UK 'Auditing' channel or 'Charlie Veitch'.

Can't see nothing but you're harassing them, it's a public place and you can record but only if that does not constitute as stalking or harassing, thats what you're doing by not allowing them to walk away.

Walking behind & filming a council/public owned vehicle & employees is not harassment. Has been tested in court on a number of occasions. Nobody is stopping anyone from walking away. Did you even watch it?

Not really an audit imo, just filming people going about their business in a public street -and a job many people consider beneath them. Nobody likes intrusive filming of their jobs - and regardless of the understandable reaction, I hardly think that chucking rubbish in the back of a truck is of interest to the public. not even slightly amusing

@@LAAUDITS331I don’t think you actually pay council tax in my opinion. You claim this is your job the size of the channel you have , it would be impossible to hold down a stable home and pay all the bills unless you are on benefits so I am afraid it is us the tax payers that pay for your benefits you contribute £0 nothing it is a joke this is what our tax deductions to welfare go towards this idiot.

This auditor isnt of the usual quality.
Seems hes doing auditing for different reasons. Boderline haradsment. The guy might not want to advertise to the world that hes a refuse collector.
Just give them the space to do thier job i say.

What qualifications do you hold to be an 'auditor' ?
What criteria are you auditing to ?
Where are the results of your audits published ?
What regulations constitute an audit pass or a fail ?
Which authority called for an audit ?
Are the audit results sent to the local Authority highlighting the areas for improvement and given a date for re-audit ?
If you are carrying out audits because you are a concerned citizen, would you still do it if your channel was not monetised ?

Look up DJ audits, and any number of other youtubers who do exactly the same thing. You can say the same to them, however regardless of what you may feel about it, it's still a lawful thing to video in a public place providing you respect personal space and do not enter private property or conduct unlawful acts in order to film, you actually cannot stop them.

    • @sydmichel
      @sydmichel 8 місяців тому +5

@@gareth768 well that's just fine and dandy. However, they should not call themselves auditors when they have no formal training or qualifications to do so. An auditor is a profession you know what they are doing is disrespecting real qualified auditors. They should call themselves LPH's (Legal Public Harassers. With a sign on their back stating 'Its Legal Not Moral' or a sign saying 'I'm only here for the ad revenue so eff you'. Now, wouldn't that be more honest.

@@LAAUDITS331 That’s irrelevant - the key test is whether the company/organisation is processing or storing your data. This would depend on the intent of the employee. If they intend to take it home and stick it on a personal UA-cam channel, that is personal use and doesn't fall under GDPR. If they plan to allow their employer (a company/organisation) to access/store/process it, that would absolutely fall under the remit of GDPR. Very common misconception.

How can you make a statement that you know the law when you can not even read? that’s a genuine serious question. If you have learning difficulties please seek help and get some education, this auditing is really not something you should be even remotely doing you are causing trouble and you think you are correct in your view but you simply are not intelligent enough to do this. That is not me having a dig at you just a factual insight.

You can understand the law and not be university educated. There are plenty of references out there and plenty of others on UA-cam doing the same thing, and explaining their rights and the law, so you can learn from them. Its not always 100% accurate but its something. People do have the right to film in public, they may not like it but the law protects his right to do so.
