I saw Chevelle live and they did Red. The whole crowd push up front like one single unit. It was one of the most powerful days of my life. Seeing people become as one. I could feel everyone brokenness. It was like the song was healing everyone's anger, bitterness and brokenness.

I will never forget the group that got me into Chevelle.
I just started to learn how to skateboard in middle school. I was no good at it but a group of skaters at that same school saw me skating in the schools tennis court and they introduced themselves. Instantly became the best group of friends I've ever had. Not long after,we were hanging out and one of them had asked if I have heard of Chevelle. They popped in the album Wonder What's Next...I was instantly hooked and have been a fan since.
We no longer keep in touch as life took us to different paths,but I will never forget them. Best moments of my life.

This song reminds me of my ex. A hot little red-headed firecracker. I always had this song in my head on my way to picking her up. "Seeing Red Again! SEEING RED AGAIN!" It was always on the radio. I could never hear it enough. It never gets old.
Yeah I had one of those too. Every morning getting the kids dressed and rushing through it would never fail to piss her off first thing in the morning and I'd spend the next hour getting screamed out driving with kids I the car. Shit she even grabbed the wheel on the highway and tried to wreck us at 80mph with kids in the back. Hardcore crazy bitch, looking back I dunno how I loved her so much. It finally ended 11 months later when she tried to gut me cause I was trying to block her from getting to my computer that she wanted to smash.

Just started AA and I don’t know why this song popped up on my Spotify, but I remember fondly hearing it on the radio when I was a teenager. I pushed myself for an hour to learn the bass line and I am proud that I was able to accomplish that. This song (amongst most of their songs) is straight aural ecstasy. Between the harmonious vocals, lyrical angst, melodic guitar riffs... perfectly complement one another. It's hauntingly beautiful and so intoxicating it elevates my soul. Not a day goes by without some Chevelle blowing out my speakers. Definitely going to the grave as one of my all time fav bands. I know I might be getting to much into some details (and rambling half-jokingly) but in the marketing mix there are 4Ps: Product, Price, Place and Promotion. In this case and with a lot of different bands of this era the Product was so good it carried them through and just this one P was enough!
Yeah, in a mental shortcut most people use marketing = promotion, but one of my business modules lecturers would tell us to remember first and foremost it is about the Product and the importance of spending time and effort to make it as good as possible and it really checks up with a lot of real life examples :)

Usually, depending on the particular course and scope of it, the configurations are gonna be varying, but most of them in connected subjects will have a 'marketing' or related module- my comment was mentioning the concepts I learned there (it was also mentioned and used in other places). Based on what you are interested in, I would suggested searching for something along the lines of 'Economics with Business Management' or ' Business Management with Economics' etc. :)

This song was so great for me as a teen when I had so much anger inside that I was numb. This song put into words and vibes what I was feeling so I could better articulate and acknowledge what was happenening in my head.
Since the first day I ever heard this song while being deployed in Iraq to today this will always be one of my favorite songs of all time. Thank you guys for giving me a song that has always been something so much deeper than just a song to me. Your music helped keep me alive, I really mean that.

Sounds of 90's and early 2000's rock is long gone. The emo and lazy music they call rock now is a far cry from what we once had. There are only a handful of bands now trying to keep that sound alive.
I Don't think the taste is the problem. I think it's the labels, they only promote cheap crap, they no longer care about signing great artists, and great artists probably don't feel motivated to do good music too. i don't know, but that's how i feel...
