    蹴りの軸足の爪先が外に開くのは、蹴り足を掴まれた時の対処に好ましくないことを学べました。学んでいる少林寺拳法では軸足の爪先が開きがちなので、参考になりました。

Very surprise to see a senior Black belt master instruct a student to follow a kickwith a punch while still balancing on one leg.
When in the RAF in the 1970s my Tae Kwon Do master a South Korean ex Major who served in the South Korean special forces and when I was instructing my students stated that all punches got their power from a good solid stance. As a punch was far more powerful on making contact if it had the rigidity, locked and being anchored to the ground meant the strike was not just the fist hitting the opponent but the effect of turning the body effectively into a long pole embedded into the ground.
Having been in Civil Engineering where I was taught Structural Mechanics and later as a Physics Teacher, the principles of Forces I learnt and taught very much agreed with this point.
Also, when doing destruction. i.e. breaking boards and holding them for fellow students I found that ensuring I had a good stance and locking my fist, arm, shoulder, back, hips, leg and foot against the floor I was far more successful in breaking wooden boards.
An exception to this, would be the case of a running and jumping fist punch, where the punch would have the energy from the run and downward direction of the punch.
I would be very interested to read, especially from far more experienced and senior martial artists than me, their opinion of my thoughts. 감사합니다.

It's good to know there are things he doesn't know. If your front kick is grabbed and your support toes are pointed out slightly, you can retract your leg in a SIDEKICK chamber by CONTINUING THE OUTWARD ROTATION. Then you simply reply with a sidekick. I've seen it done over and over, it supplies a pretty concussive shock. It is more of a Korean technique so old school JKA guys will immediately mentally tune out when seeing it or hearing where it came from. But in the world of flesh and blood, of hitting and getting hit it works, it works, it works, it works. Bonus, when fighters who's kicks get grabbed and they have a good ability to rotate their support leg outwards and pivot their hips as in side kick, I've seen (multiple times) fighters do the pivot simply jump spinning back kick! For my Japanese friends don't just reject it because you heard it from an American and because it's a Korean technique. Humanity is one family, we do better if we look for knowledge in the world.
