Karol I am so glad I have found your guys channel. Karol Daniel is so damn funny but at the same time he is just good to you and wants you to be awesome. I had a L5S1 fusion almost 5 months ago and still recovering. I so want to play so bad. It’s videos that you all put out that get me through this. Danial is right in when you have a bad hole you can’t go back to it but to just look to the next shot. You are good and will only get better. Great content.

You wanted advice on the comments- Karol- buy the book by Dr. Bob Rotella- “Golf is not a game of Perfect,” and fall in love with the book. You’ll gain quite a lot if ya do, I promise! Best advice I was ever given by my golf coach. I still read it now and then 20 years later!!!

Best advice i would give when having a bad day Focus on what's good and the basics set up alignment etc i noticed that when you were putting you weren't lined up for where you wanted to hit it your drive was amazing your irons weren't bad they were just weak because of groin pull you got this love watching you so fun and entertaining.

@@KarolPriscilla once you can reasonably consistently hit a golf ball, I think it’s the biggest factor. I know players that hit a better ball than me, that just beat themselves up too much.
It’s a sign you’re passionate about wanting to be better which is great, just got to harness that rage after a bad shot 😂🤬❌🤷🏻‍♂️

@@marcm1982 keep smiling. Just enjoy being out there. As a tip I would put pure focus on short game first. Driver is the easiest club to hit as it’s got the biggest face so just hit to put anything in play. A shorter ball in play is better than a bomb that’s lost. Progressively over time build up distance. But take a tip from the old people you see on course. They hit straight, 150 yards and still score okay

The good, the bad, the positive, the negative. It’s only you. You will figure it out and you will never go back! ❤

Golf will always put our sanity to the test. but that muscle pull from the bunker I guarantee had some mental and physical affect on how the round played out. It's for sure a struggle to play good when feeling discomfort and that feeling gets stuck in your mind. Overall solid round! I love seeing how well you two work together even when you are not playing against each other.

Great video guys, I love the channel! I wonder if Karol has been fit for her irons? I happened to notice when she tees off at the par 3 at 22:05 it looks like the toe of the iron is sticking way up off the ground. Does she need her irons bent a couple degrees flat? I'm not a fitter or anything but it looks that way if you check out her setup there.

My favorite putting tip a pro showed me: line up your ball to your aim point 12” away from your ball (trust your line). Last thing you do is look back at the hole to “feel” for the distance and then look at your ball and complete your stroke. Head down until ball goes into the hole!

I don't care if you play good or bad golf. That's golf! You didn't listen to your caddie and blamed him for everything. If you had listened, you would have looked forward to what was coming and not even spent one second on what you did in the past. You were totally unhappy, but it's a game, and you are meant to have fun. You saw every poor shot (none were terrible) as a negative thing instead of an opportunity to work on a difficult shot. You have to learn to block the bad and focus on the thing right in front of you. As Daniel said, you have to enjoy the journey.

So much of this game is about confidence. You are already thinking you are going to miss the putt before you hit. You gotta believe you will make it as long as you execute. Judge yourself based on how you hit the ball and not as much the result. And practice 3-4ft putts as much as possible to work on hitting your line and building confidence. Everyone hits bad shots because golf is hard. So much is mental.

I always say golf is half mental half physical play. If your mind is not in the right space it will definitely throw your game off. You are playing against yourself. If you have a bad hole and don't let it go it will affect the next hole for sure.

Karol, you were literally three shots off of your goal and you didn’t play even close to the potential that you know you have. The best advice that I have for you is to spend at least as much time chipping and putting as you do at the range. I’m sure you could have saved three or more strokes on the greens if you would have had a good feel for the slow greens. You got this.

  • @Zulufication

if you're practicing 5/7 days of the week, and not playing well, then yeah be pissed, get frustrated and practice more to play like you want. If you're playing 4-8 times a month without practice and scoring poorly, then it's not really fair to yourself to get frustrated, you didn't practice. Get frustrated at the shot you've hit 1000 times, not the one you've hit less than 50. In short, save getting pissed for when its really justified. From what i've seen on here, there's no doubt that she's gonna be a hell of a golfer. Keep it up guys..

Karol I wish you the best on your journey. I have 3 thoughts 1. You will never play a perfect round and you cannot let 1 bad shot lead to 2 bad shots. 2. You need to follow a routine and focus on your pre shot preparation not the results. The preparation is the only thing you can control. 3. Daniel is the guy that you aspire to beat on the course and not the guy to caddy you through the round. You have too much fun talking trash to each other to suddenly rely on him to provide sage golf advice. The same applies to you helping him with his golf game. You both will always wonder if the advice given is real or to have fun at each others expense.

Karol you have a really smooth swing from the tee it’s nice to see. Part of the goal of this video is to play better if you’re going to break 45. Daniel is a pretty damn good golfer and the process on putting and driving he discusses with you is a great way to look and approach each hole and each shot. It’s understandable that you have a feeling about certain things that feel good to you with your game but he is your caddy trying to help you break 45 which essentially will make you a better golfer. Listen to him and do 95% of the things he says because he is that good he knows what he’s talking about…give him more credit with shots strokes and readings than you do when making these types of videos. On the first few holes he had the right reads and you just pushed them which is why you missed them. You’re a good golfer Karol and believe me I love watching you and Daniel on tequila at the turn because the way you shit talk each other is like brother and sister just going at each other. That good Mexican household shit talking always on each other shit! 🤣🤣
With that I really hope you didn’t pull anything and hurt yourself where you can’t golf anytime soon. Also sucks that you’re partaking in dry January 🤣
Next break 45 you both got this 👍🏼😉⛳️🏌🏽‍♀️🏌🏽

You were 3 over from your goal? If you are going to continue chasing this achievement, you need to learn something from your game every time you go out. Embrace your flaws, and focus on the overall goal of growing into your game. One day you will be able to break 45 the next day you won't be able to. So be patient and allow that day to come. Caddy needs to let you play your game but also let him have his vision for the shot so you have options. I love golf and feel what you feel. Just be patient 😊

Your eighth shot counts just as much as your first and second; treat them all the same. Always forget about the shot you just hit and focus on hitting your current shot the best you can. If possible, never keep track of your score in your head.
Go to the range (away from others) and have Daniel and the camera guy talk constantly behind you. You will have to learn to block it out and will likely hyper focus on your process and the shot at hand. Being able to completely tune out the world around you will tend to also block out bad/intrusive thoughts.

Your Saffer 🇿🇦 "daddy" again. 😉 First up: you looked smashing today Karol! 😍 That new sports bra is a winner! 😉 Secondly: I have only two pieces of advice: 1) play safe, not long. It's better to hit your distant shots from perfect lies, than having shorter shots from the bush or the bunker. You want your final shot to the green to be from a perfect lie. 2) on sloped greens (as with fairways), always aim for the higher side, both on approach and on the green. Below the hole the ball will never have a chance of rolling in. Despite your battles today, this was an excellent, enjoyable video because it was seriously about golf and lured me into "playing" every shot with you. Let Daniel always play too, because then not all of the pressure will be on you. Seriously looking forward to your next onslaught on that 45. Personally, I'm convinced that you are well capable of going below 40. Oh ... and good job Daniel. With you around your videos are always fun too! Cheers from South Africa! 🇿🇦

Ok miss little hot thing, play with your shoe untied without your foot coming out of your shoe. This will help your mind not over think things. You could probably close the face of your club a tad bit to help with the fade/slice. You got this & practice.makes perfect so Ive.been told.
