Baby steps. Going from breaking 90 to breaking 80 is a big step. You should set your goal at breaking 85. Break 85 a few times, then set the breaking 80 goal.

I shot a 79 at about the age of 13 and haven't broken 80 on a full length golf course since then. I usually play one to two times per week. I usually shoot in the 80's myself. You could be in for quite a long wait before you break 80. Hopefully you will be in the 70's within a year or two. It's tricky to shoot a particular score at different courses. Breaking 80 at a course like Kiaweh Island Ocean Course, versus a local muni is two totally different things. She could shoot like an 85 at a really hard course and that would be equivalent to breaking 80 somewhere else.

If you want to break 80 you need to play one or two courses and get used to them so that you're familiar with distances and lines off the tee and into greens and obviously knowing the greens. Switching up courses maybe good for UA-cam but it's going to make breaking 80 very difficult.
