Trolling bucktails flies for BIG spring rainbow trout

  • In this tutorial video I share the techniques I use when trolling bucktail flies on Okanagan Lake that catches me big rainbow trout. Rod and line type, fly patterns, sun, speed, depth and even wind direction all matter but when a big rainbow slams you fly at full speed the action and fight is well worth sticking it out on colder spring mornings.

      Hello thanks for watching I pay attention to the moon but haven’t really gotten into the bite schedule good idea though i should check that out more.
