- Dual blind tast test and scoring of popular light beers. Busch Light, Miller Lite, Mich Ultra, Keystone Light, Natural Light, Milwaukee's Best, Coors Light and Keystone Light.
Of course Busch Light, Busch Latte, Nectar of the Gods was number 1.

This proves what the psychology of marketing does. You hear from the unaware that X beer is awful & you see XX beer advertised as wonderful. This is also how the media works w/ politians.

First let me say that I liked the video, and I have mad respect for the scientific approach you took to it. People seem to have such oddly strong opinions about such similar light beers that if they knew which they were drinking it would probably drastically effect how much they enjoyed it.
In the spirit of this scientific approach, I would be interested to see you do the exact same experiment again and see if you get the same results as the first time.
My friends and I have tried this kind of blind taste test a few times yielding inconsistent results. This makes me think that in reality we are unable to distinguish many light beers, but our minds like to pretend we can.
The underlying assumption is that you and your wife are able to taste a difference between all these beers, and have consistent preferences about those differences. Maybe you are and do. It'd be cool if you tried to test it by seeing if this is reproducible.
Hopefully this channel isn't dead. I'm here for this content and happy to be your fifth subscriber.

Damn right Busch Light won. People think because it's cheap it shouldn't taste good. I won't even drink free budlight. And for the Keystone and Milwaukee no one should have to drink that crap
Advertising dollars the only thing that makes a domestic beer expensive. Natty used to be AB's premier light beer.
Agree we drank several cold 12oz cans of Busch Lights on the beach in Florida yesterday and we couldn't believe how good it was for a very a well priced domestic beer (we bought an 18 pack for $12.00 at Publix Supermarket) . Very refreshing with good flavor and carbonation etc.
Keystone is pretty good. I refuse to drink Bud Light, never tried Busch before, maybe I should.

Milwaukee Best & Bush L are the only one's that taste bad to me. Miller has the best taste, but gives me a H.O. I drink Natty & Ultra the most. Bud's ok, it's just not worth the extra 10-12 calories.

I don't see how he hated it so much lol, I drink it regularly along with many other cheap brands and I think it's one of the better ones!
Bush latte's all day. Great in the summer and for FL year round. Mich in another great refreshing beer. I think Coors light was a little low on the list but pretty accurate.

since the busch family lost control of A-B, their beer's are not as consistant or as good as they used to be.

NoirXplorer I use to drink bud with no problems but now just one gives me a dull headache. I been drinking less big company light beers and more local beer and found some very good light beers through them.
This makes sense. He obviously prefers pilsners & she's used to lagers.
Mich Ultra tastes like straight water to me. I’ll never understand all the praise that it gets. If I have to go with a light beer, Miller tastes more like a real beer to me. So that’s normally what I pick up if I go light.

In my opinion, Milwaukee’s Best Light is the best budget beer. 96 cal 3.5 carbs, best beer appearance (body, head, lacing) and flavor (actually tastes like beer and from the Miller Lite/High Life profile).
I guess I prefer beers that taste more like pizza bead (Miller Lite / Milwaukee’s Best Light) and Cheerios (Busch Lite, Bud Light, Natty Light).
Michelob ultra is tasteless water down beer. Taste like perrier when essences of alcohol

Thanks for the video. I like to help the poor struggling brands. Except "Milwaukee's Best" it taste so bad, it's unbearable. The charity isn't worth drinking something I really don't like lol. So the winners to me are "Keystone," "Coors," and "Miller Lite." I also dislike the taste of "Natural Light" while "Budlight" are rich and loaded as f.
