@falconsooner My mind was blown away when I heard the history of the Inscription Wall from the ranger. I would definitely come back to see the other sites! What else would you recommend to see in New Mexico?
@sunkissedmary Well White Sands and Carlsbad Caverns are obvious ones but other cool places (and you may have been to some): Gila Cliff Dwellings Bandelier NM...Tsankawi hike is my favorite Bisti Badlands Valley of Dreams Chaco Canyon Salinas Pueblo Missions Nat Mon. It has 3 units. Quari Unit is my favorite. So beautiful. Lincoln NM. Cool Billy the Kid history. Wild Rivers Recrea Area near Questa. You can hike into the Rio Grande gorge. Valle Caldera National Monument. The hidden valley hike is a favorite. The NRAO Very Large Array site. There are many other cool things but those are some of the highlights.

New Mexico is the Land of Enchantment for sure. So many different cultures of people and various landscapes! I grew up near the 4 Corners area. Thank you for sharing!
