      As a pyschotherapist.....
      You mean as a professional bullshitter. Not all bullshit works on everyone, gotta keep bullshitting till something works.
      ... As a pyschotherapist you'd know all about restorying. Number one technique to use.
      Let them just talk it out 😂😉😂😉💯👌

      @@TassieJake No Jakey...your information is entirely incorrect. Psychotherapy is no different than any other profession. There are therapists who actually do get good results and there are goons that ruin practically everything they touch. You might ask yourself "What is it that I'm blessed with that's so perfectly knowledgeable that I believe I can say idiotically superficial BS like this?"

    • @TassieJake
      @TassieJake Рік тому

      @@Da_Xman haha first lesson in collage is that you bullshit till you find stuff that works. And what works for some may not work others.
      Professional bullshitter...and you're trying to fairy dust it 😁🙏

    Great We just abide as the space of awareness in which both positive and negative emotions appear and disappears without affecting us.

    This has come at the perfect time because I've been so frustrated and ashamed of still having negative thoughts and emotions despite all my reading and listening of spiritual and psychological concepts. It's only making me feel worse, more anxiety and isolate more from everyone.
    I understand it's my resistance of wanting it to go away, wanting to be a better spiritual student that's causing me pain. I feel like I'd rather go numb just to stop feeling and caring so much and get a break. I'm trying and hoping I can get out of this resistant, repetitive cycle and just let it all Be 🙏🏻

      Reading and learning only go so far...
      To move forward from being a seeker
      You must put the books and teachings down and just live... practice what you have learned..
      Live simply,simply live..❤️

    • @Darima2

      @@oldtruckersneverdie3916 yes good advice. Funny I realized this about a month ago that some content I was taking in had stopped being helpful and was triggering me and pulling me back to the what preventing me from moving forward. The constant seeking definitely pulled me deep into the past and kept me there with bouts of being present. I feel a lot better now by bring more conscious of what content I'm consuming and it's usefulness. So your advice that I'm only seeing now was on point 🙏🏻

    In my experience it's best not analyze our thoughts and emotions . The problem with this is it turns into a never ending self analysis narrative. Our mind loves to argue with itself. As my teachers say it's just more mental masturbation. It's best to let them come and go and be there giving them space. Eventually they are like background noise we ignore.

    • @annakeiller2820
      @annakeiller2820 Рік тому +3

      I think that ignoring our thoughts and emotions is a dangerous route and yet again, as you say, there's a danger of going round in circles in a never ending self analysis narrative. We have to work out a balance between the two extremes, perhaps?

    • @natureisallpowerful
      @natureisallpowerful Рік тому +3

      @@annakeiller2820 it's not about ignoring them but more observing them and accepting them. Not doing anything with them or looking for answers for things that have already passed or not happened. ❤

    I,m so grateful for this video!!
    For so long i been trying to avoid or fight negative emotions and thoughts (literally i m scared of them) with so much effort until they hit me hard enough I couldn’t avoid them anymore then I decided to let them be without trying to think about them analyzing them fixing them. It felt so scary so wrong, like letting my self down, but decided to face that fear until i feel better.
    That was best decision of my entire life because i realized my true self is more than everything i,ve been wanting to experience it’s beyond perceptions and imagination.
    Now i suffer because never experience that connection again and feel like i,m falling in traps that ego creates to and kind have inner conflict, that creates resistance.
    I blame ego for all the suffering, now i know i have to accept it and understand his nature and even be grateful knowing always have best intentions just have his own limits.

    Yes, true. Whatever we allow, acknowledge and observe, better explore and understand, from a safe space within, passes without any harm. Avoiding, repressing, resisting imply denying and keeps us heavy with the wounds in dark, increasing the power of the shadowed, and triggering us, and repeating cycles of the sabotage we recreate.... until we get ready to allow, acknowledge, accept and release the held up. Thank you for sharing important insights.

    There is state that negative thoughts and emotions never arises simply because you become aware that’s only perception of the mind (it become so obvious) and believing them to be negative creates all the suffering and resistance.
    There is state of presence when simply no longer find any reason to give the mind responsibility to solve problems that does not even exist in fact are created by the mind!
    When releasing the mind from responsibilities that obviously is not capable no longer can distract us no longer give him empowerment to do so!
    The feeling is amazing beyond perception of peace, joy, fulfillment that stayed with me until i fall asleep the next day ego evolved in a way that pulls back my attention and keeps me away from tapping in to presence and it’s so confusing.

    Honestly, I haven't learned anything new from your channel. All these lessons you discuss I have already learned in my own life and in my own spiritual study. So I often wonder why I keep checking out your videos when they drop. Well, there's a difference between intellectual apprehension and true understanding. Your videos help to remind me of that feeling of true understanding and examine my life thoroughly, so I can figure out what I am failing to see or do. Thanks for that.

Now, when I’m struggling with negative emotions and how to respond to them and to the people and situations that trigger them, this feels like golden wisdom.
