If you are between the ages of 18 to 29, you should have to do some routine medical tests after every five years. And if you are between the ages of 40 to 49, you should have to go for some routine checkups after every two or three years. And if you are above the age of 50, you should go for regular medical checkups annually.

4) Vitamin D levels
