There is not that many aircraft to be added, at least not in the top tier. They need to do it slowly otherwise the game will die by itself without having new content.
@@Metalman19954there is loads of them it’s just they’re not necessarily new airframes but upgrades upon an old platform or minor changes to a current airframe

@@dontworry2379 I feel you bro. And I would love to see more of those sooner. It’s just the differences in game would be so small that most of the players would complaint that they are copy pasting even more than they are now. If this was a legit aircraft simulator the differences would be most likely more visible. They need to dose new vehicles bc as I said before without new content the game would slowly die out and not bring as much profit as it does now.
A-10C (upgraded A-10A)
F-4F ICE (upgraded German F-4F)
SU-24 (similar to the F-111 in design )
F/A-18 (non E/F variant)
MIG-25 (high altitude high speed interceptor)
F117 - a good intro to the game for stealth, not op, only 2 pave ways but would be really interesting

The A10C I believe would get destroyed by SPAA but I still really want it
Meh, given enough terrain honestly it’d be fine. Probably would be about as effective as the Su-25T if given enough ordinance
Not really, you get AGM-65s. The C model would gain access to laser guided GBUs, APKWS Rockets, and a targeting pod

Yeah 'cause they took off the Sparrows on the first F4F...
F4f ice should have been added with the other f4 phantoms and then just upgraded it when they added features like the aim120

Same thing goes for Sweden. Finland uses the F/A-18s and the FInnish line is already in the tree

They need the rafale and don't say it's too new but remember they added the Vidal with is more new

@@theidiotictroublemaker2281the NG is a modernisation of the III C with more weapon and possibly to carry the super 530F. The mirage 4 is a bi motor mirage (1,8 time bigger than the III C), it can carry 16000 pounds of bombs and can go at Mach 2,2.

L-29 delfin and L-39 albatros jet trainer/light attack role should be added with thousands of them made 6,5k combined they could be added to at least 4 tech trees with how many nations used them L-39 is slightly watered down strikemaster and main point they should not be premium so everyone can pick them up
US AV-8B of any model maybe? Already been in Italy for awhile, should be added to it's home nation.
US doesn't have the best AV-8 variant, Russia doesn't have the best MiG-29 (flight model-wise at least), Sweden doesn't have the best JAS-39... for gods sake i cannot comprehend why...

@@adamniva4251 A-10C is not the counter for the SM3, you expect too much from it, america has no actual competetive "shturmovik" they have a ton of multi-role aircraft but not a single fighter bomber, the SU-25 already has trouble to keep up with its 975kph now imagine the same with the A-10C but youre going 500kph, not its not gonna help you, in air rb the jets will eat you and in ground its gonna be pantsir and others maybe even helicopters.
I dont think its a problem to add more A10's to the US tree, in a ground battle you have spawn restrictions for taking out more than one aircraft especially if its the same class. I also dont believe that US has any better CAS than any other country, however Russia by far has the best CAS because they dont have to face the Pansire
oh and you cant forget about the 2S6 which used to be the same br as the ADATS but for some reason still sits at 10.7

@@SHEEPS_123 Yeah it was nerfed a lot. It’s been improved slightly but it’s not anywhere as good as it used to be.
For me it would be both the MB-326 and the MB-339, both original two seat trainer versions and single seat variants for light attack. These would be great CAS for 8.0-10.0 Italy GRB. Also the G80/82 for possibly 7.0-7.7 GRB. Italy has so many good trainers and light aircraft.
So what about many ww2 aircraft and possibly 2 of the most popular trainer aircraft, the folland gnat and hawk? So many nations could get these aircraft so why are they not in the game yet
More century series aircraft and the E/F model for the Skyhawk for the US
I hope if we get F-18 that Germany also gets one, since Switzerland uses it, and we already have swiss aircraft in that tech-tree
With AMRAAMs coming, the Eurofighter has to be coming eventually. It would add a great top tier aircraft for three nations that desperately need one: Germany, Italy, and GB. The latter two did just get Gripen C but that's really their only option
the F18 will be such a good Dogfighter. (it'll be wonderful)

@@STRYKER1467 the worst thing about this is that i got the 9.13 like 6 days after it was added and experienced the wonderful flight model it used to have. The nerf felt like kick in the balls

@@STRYKER1467 ahh the SMT... i spaded it, flew a few battles in Sim, gave up. Its RWR and radar are great but in dogfight i get killed no matter what i do. Thank god for late props XD

thw a10c can also fire apfsds round and thats the only aircraft to do that that would be a cool thing
I always feel confused when they assigned su27 as the counter part for f15a instead of mig25, and f18 with fox 3 is still not in the game even though su27 is flying around with their 27er
The MiG-25 is a garbage platform. No pulse doppler, garbage missiles designed to kill strategic bombers, and its not really fast at low altitude. The MiG-31 would be a little more useful as it gets R73s, R77s, and R27s. As for the F-18, they will likely add it alongside the Su-33 (Naval Su-27 variant)
i feel the MIG-25 could be in the folder with the MIG-23s and be after the MLD because its a niche aircraft
A10C is kinda necessary, I wanna see if they make the system that locks the aircraft heading the for the guns position
They should add the harrier AV-8B for the end of the line in ground strike tree for US. The US was the main builder and funding of this project.
They need to make the A10s more armored they were made to be flying tanks. By are made out of tinfoil and paper in game. Compared to the Su25.
A-4-H-N-M need to be added to the us teck tree

Y’all still sleeping on P40N, B17F, and B24J like those aren’t the most iconic variants of each airframe.
I've been waiting for the Su-24 for a long time, but I was thinking the other day- There's almost no reason not to skip it and go straight to the Su-34. With the addition of the Su-27 and Su-25SM3 the 34 wouldn't be bringing anything new to the table. These days the Su-24 already feels like it would be obsolete on arrival :L
I think that i would rather grind for the mig-25 than have it as an event vehicle.
too fast, way too fast to handle for war thunder, they reduced the top speed of many jets already because the engine cant handle it dont believe the stat cards, game engine is outdated which is why theres no mach 3 jets.

1:50 yes US has a good cas lineup but can't use it properly, if at all, because it's hard countered by the pantsir that is massively undertiered.. russia has the strongest cas in the game because it can't be countered
The mig-25 and the mig-31 should have been added with the f-15a and f-15c they're direct counterparts it doesn't make sense
Except for the fact that the F15 is superior in every regard except for maximum altitude and top speed at altitude. The Foxbat and Foxhound are also not maneuverable at all and will get dumpstered by Phantoms in a dogfight
Yea the pantsir with its 20km range while other nations have 10km-14km max range, we need more better spaa with 20km other than the pantsir

I see no reason that the a10c shouldn’t be added. It’s a great cas aircraft but it’s not meant to be flying when there are air defenses active.

even if fa18a came in June update, it would be bad plane. Because f16c and others will be able to carry ARH missiles while fa18a can't.
They could add it at 12.0 or something to help that issue

That's not a Bias problem, its a Development problem. Why have a 3rd A-10 if barely anything changes.

@dankaloww1067 The yet to be added A-10C is different enough from the A-10A it definitely should have been added with the 25BN. It could be the catalyst for the 9X, like the Su-25 was for the R73. People call bias BS because Russia ends up with all the new shiny toys for months, while everyone else is an afterthought.

A10c at 11.0 will shit if they added it in the alpha strike because a10c at 11.0 would be shit
It would be a ground attack, in air it would suffer, I mean it would get the aim 9m so at 11.0 it would have some sort of defensive part, but they said they’re also adding separate br for air and ground, so in air battles it could maybe be like 10.7-11.0 but for ground could be 11.0-11.3 even, it gets an air to ground radar, laser guided bombs, tons more rockets, JDAMS, more modern mavericks and other type of air to ground missiles, would be good for getting tanks and then the f16c and f18c for sead

I find it crazy they give Russia all of this but no counters, give them S1 and a 30km missile to a SU-25 and there are no AA systems in USA GB to counter it

The F15 was in development already when the Foxbat was shown in USSR. It is a mistake i see you do regularly. But it did influence some of the design / redesign devisions for the F-15. They didnt create the F-15 to counter the Mig 25.
As for whether it should be included weeeeelll....
Imagine a supersonic bomber. Now replace all bomb load with long range SARH missiles. You get the Mig 25. It was designed to fight enemy bombers, it was never optimized for fighting against enemy aircraft, the airframe has a whopping 3.6G load limit. The missiles it uses are roughly the same concept, and they are not optimized to destroy enemy fighters. You can theoretically do that, but chances are... that Gaijin will make those huge missiles better than Phoenixes.
Also: although fuel loads are at times off in War Thunder, remember that the Foxbat is one fuel hungry beast.
To be honest, for it to work we really need jet bombers, all of which are a lot better additions to the game than the Foxbat: AVRO Vulcan, B-52, B1, and so on. And then game modes and maps would yave to be redesigned so that these heavy jet bombers would be picked so there would be a reason to pick the Mig-25. Dont get me wrong, I want the Mig 25 to be in the game, but Id appreciate if it was made more useful, but without artifical tweaking of G-limits of the Airframe or its missiles
Edit: to illustrate it better, the Russian tech tree has lots of interceptors that kind of suffer and are not picked because they are well... interceptors and not air superiority fighters. There is a total lack of incentive to play these otherwise very interesting aircraft with the current mission sets that we have in the game, as the meta is "go kill enemy fighters".
Many of these interceptors were used by the Soviet Air Home Defense Forces but not with the ground forces aviations.
