You mentioned being worried that this video would be boring but it wasn't! It's always interesting to hear an artist's creative thought process, especially when they're trying a technique out of their wheelhouse. The art came out great btw...and made me wan't to try combining colored pen and ink. Hope you feel better soon!

These are lovely! I was immediately reminded of the landscape sketches by Dina Brodsky before the painting, which are also detailed and monochromatic in pen.

i went through the same thing with the fatigue and wondering if i was letting myself being lazy and it really bothered me but i definitely recommend letting yourself rest if you need to, the fatigue is the last to go ❤️

Love this!!! I've been very intimidated to practice in pen ink.... I still have that habit of feeling like I need to tear out or cover absolutely ALL pages that have the slightest of mistakes.... so I've been afraid to try. You make pen ink look SO beautiful and done with ease. Nothing i should fear. I also love the idea of using different mediums to give it some color and pop! Gorgeous 💕

For the shop, I wonder if it's possible to only allowed to be view for people outside the US. But international people have options like freight forwarders. While it's a bit more it's less than regular international shipping.
It would be great to have premium stuff. For those that can afford I'm sure they would buy it.
Maybe have tiers for your shop. Ideal but whatever you do you'll have our support.
Personally, I find that your self awareness with your art is probably one of main reasons why I tune in to watch your videos. It's admirable in my opinion. It doesn't hurt that I enjoy your art and videography too, lol. Also, the monochrome is fantastic. It could be fun to do a spin on this and make a monochrome rainbow series: 6 monochrome pieces but each a different color, because make it gay 🏳🌈

These pieces are so atmospheric and pretty. A question: did you add the shading with fluid ink, or did you simply spread the ballpoint ink with a wet brush? Sorry if you already explained that in the video, I may well have missed it. Either way, both the process and the results were very enjoyable. So thank you very much.

And no, you are not lazy. Covid and long covid are very real and can be very serious. I have a post viral illness very similar to long covid and it completely and permanently disabled me. Please believe me when I say you do NOT want to push yourself right now.

It sucks that you got Covid, I hope you are doing better now, especially as I am late to the video. I thing you need to have a good balance of expensive things and cheaper things on your store, and I don’t think anything you have up now is too much of a stretch. If I really liked something I would buy a bigger and better print of it but if I just wanna fill a few frames the postcard sets would be nice. Keep up the good work and just sell whatever makes you happy. Worst comes to worst you could do polls and ask what your fans would want.
you have enough followers to have a go at a kickstarter at this point, that's how to avoid large initial outlays.
Mister international worldwide over here, I think downloadables and envelope sized prints are very friendly. I understand your concerns and have some ideas:
- limited edition mini prints
- NOT giving free shipping on mini prints for non-international buyers.
- minimum 2 (or a number that would make it thick) mini prints if non-international? OMG you could make cute mini sets. (For enviormental reasons or what may be. The way I see it, I can accept a purchase minimum. Buying 1 sticker f.example is a lot of packaging for such a small item. )
- using a EU based dropshipper would probably help a lot. Personally, sometimes it can still be very expensive for me, but I suppose art is a luxury item overall.
- Geo-based discounts for international audience? (Ofc will need to accept cookies. Idk my GDPR too well, but I have definetly seen discounts on sites with my vpn on that aren’t there when i change back)
- patreon exclusive discount codes to use when shipping internationally? Or newsletter exclusive. Something exclusive so only the ppl who it applies to get it idk.
- downloadables are great!
Note: I am not asking you for all of these, i’m just sharing the possibilities. I only use a dropshipper personally and not super knowledgable as a seller, but as a consumer? I am well-versed in the cruel world of living not in ‘merica.

Just out of curiosity because Walgreens messes up the color a lot and I want higher quality,,,

As someone from outside the US I love the idea of mini prints. However I do not trust polish post with delivering mail and not damaging it in the process (and if you just mail it for cheap they would probably be delivering). I personally would rather pay more for the shiping just to be sure. I PERSONALLY would probably not buy any washi tape or downloadables. I just don't use washi tape and downloadables don't really intrest me. HOWEVER I can see a lot of people wanting to buy them, especially washi tape, a lot of people love washi tape, I'm sure it would be successful. I love your videos and I hope that if you decide to make new products they would be successful.
Also I have to ask. What about selling cloths in your shop? Did you totally gave up on that idea or just decided it's not the right time to do that and you will maybe do it in the future?
I definitely still intend to do it! but that's a huge monetary investment and i just decided now isn't the time. down the road when i know i'm more guaranteed to make a return i definitely will!
