    That pork belly looks awesome man!, how many hours (in the WSM) total ? Thanks for sharing that.

      Hi Alfonso, so the pork belly was smoked for 3 hours then wrapped and put back for an additional 45 minutes to an hour till temps around 200°Fahrenheit or probes tender.

    At what temp did you smoke the pork belly? Looks good!

      This pork belly didn't have the skin. I wish it did for some chicharon. However the bark was fantastic! 😎👍
