LMAO "pick a color, make your adjustments and go from there" WOW I don't think there could've been a worse review from a legit magazine than this. Way to go racer x
I'm certain you meant to type useless, instead of useful. A few clips of guys riding around, followed by pick you favorite color, that is some properly useless information.
people... it doesn't matter what bike you like, just ride the bike you want. If you're a good rider you would do good regardless of the bike. Just watch the pros, roczen, dungey, tomac, reed, peick, they all ride different bikes yet finish top 3 or 5 almost every race. There's no terrible bike, theres just some bikes that have better specific points than others.
jonathan oxlade I wouldn't necessarily say that, for example the Kawis all come with air forks and thats a deal breaker for sure. The new YZ is such solid bike though, strongest motor, best suspension, handles great, is super reliable, TI valves.
***** they all have strong motors pick your colour and enjoy i like kawaski because yamaha and ktm and hondas look horrible ugly sure kx looks ugly but now the kx is 108kg they say the brakes and the airforks work better we buy with our eyes remember that but kawaski will always be a stable fast machine on straight runs cornering well what are the after market parts for all pro bikes are fully equiped it comes to the riders all bikes a equal power
Welp, this video didn't give me any helpful information what so ever. Even some basic pros/cons of each would have helped. The comments here are kinda scaring me away from all of them though, truthfully how long do these bikes last until a top end rebuild is required and what is involved in doing it? On my 02 RM250 I tend to get about 120 hours on the top end until I start losing compression, then doing the rebuild is pretty simple. Was thinking about getting something more modern and 4 stroke for the 2015 season but maybe it's a bad idea?
lol i never really got why people fanboy out about motocross bikes as much as people do about cars........ they are all pretty much the same ive owned a crf125 a kx125 still have it today and a yz250...... guess what? their all the same, choose your color and your set, whatever bike you can afford pick im sure you will enjoy it.
jay hundley sorry its been years since ive owned a honda so im not too familiar with their product lineup just take out the f and they should be happy but i think honda actually just started making crf 125's
im kawa through and through...but the hondas from 2012 have caught my eye...thay look slim to ride and me mates kxf450 feels wide in that department. Honda Suzuki Kawsaki ktm yamaha
Well lets see... I have a 2015 yz450f, had a 2013 kx450f, before that i had a 2010 crf450. Ive been watching the shootouts every year, you can bank on my ranking of the 5 bikes.
If you knew anything at all you would know that this is just a preview of the '15 450 shootout by racer x films. The full one will be out next month. Let me guess your married to your brand of bike which you currently have. Honda or suzuki im guessing. Its not my opinion, its a fact that yam, kawi, ktm make the top 3 motocross/supercross bikes. If you dont agree with that then you are blind
It depends on what you want in a bike, you can't place them in order dude... Like if you want an enduro bike, husqeevnarnia. And if you want to race, kawisucky. Trails, hondy or yamahaulass. And kay tee m if you want to pay lots of money for parts. Then there's susuckis. They're good all around.
Love it how honda wins once and everyone says Honda paid them. Meanwhile kawasaki is winning every mxa shootout even though it doesn't handle great and it doesn't have the best suspension and it has borderline durability. I'm for honda for 4 strokes but when it comes to 250fs yz was head and shoulders above kawi and somehow lost the mxa 2014 shootout. I wonder why...
My pics are from my experience with these bikes! To me they all pretty much ride and perform the same but for reliability I find Yamaha to be bulletproof ! Honda you have to do the top end every 2 hours! Suzuki there is always something breaking on it ! KTM and husqvarna are sick bikes but they are exactly the same bike just ones orange and ones white!
This is a personal choice, and they like honda more than the others. If you are a other bike company fan obviously you would be complaining, stop complaining and ride!!!;)
i love honda but i think the lack of explanation is very misleading !hondas probably won cos its the easiest bike to ride from the crate not the fastest ,a predictable riding bike which will sit well with the masses on that basis yes, as the yamaha is twitchy ,hence the engine forward mod ,the kwacker is plain fast and too much for average joe , the ktm is fast too in the right hands, the suzuki for my money is the with the yamaha one of the best modded bikes the husky great bike good manners great for enduro strong motor it will supprise you
danjoe5519.. its not always about the power its about how the bike reacts to everything all round in all elements. like suspension, handling, power, stability and how well everything works together. In a drag race the car with the most power doesn't always win if the car doesn't hook up your not going anywhere.
0:54 the guy in the background spit on him self
Finally the Husqvarna appeared in your test of 450 bikes !! like it...
LMAO "pick a color, make your adjustments and go from there" WOW I don't think there could've been a worse review from a legit magazine than this. Way to go racer x
This is properly useful information. Need more video's like this.
I'm certain you meant to type useless, instead of useful. A few clips of guys riding around, followed by pick you favorite color, that is some properly useless information.
im missing a few bikes here! TM ,GasGas , Beta, and maybe more?
On the Honda the dual exhaust is awesome

Honda came first!
They usually do shootouts at Glen Helen. Glad too see another track.I saw, that YZ really underturn.
Honda first? ya right... So tired of all the magazines doing dishonest reviews.
you mad?
Look at mx action, Kawi for what 5 years running? The most mediocre bike there is and yet it stays on top regardless
+BdosBalisongTutorial buy the bike that has more wins kawaski has far more wins than the other brands including ktm

Good video thanks!!very simple
Where is the shootout?
thumbs down for not giving any explanation of why the bikes ranked or the points system at all.

i m having the same problem. if you get same info tell me
lol i never really got why people fanboy out about motocross bikes as much as people do about cars........ they are all pretty much the same ive owned a crf125 a kx125 still have it today and a yz250...... guess what? their all the same, choose your color and your set, whatever bike you can afford pick im sure you will enjoy it.
fucking idiot.
mitch ostafin shut up mitch. :P
there's a crf125?
When did Honda start making a crf125?!
jay hundley sorry its been years since ive owned a honda so im not too familiar with their product lineup just take out the f and they should be happy but i think honda actually just started making crf 125's
My 12 year old wants a dirt bike would this bike be suitable for him?
get him a 50cc :P
if he is just beginning get him a Honda xr100/80 or a Yamaha ttr125
and if he is not "beginner" then get him a 125 2 stroke ... 450 are way big for him
If you want him to be too scared to ride again, then yes get him a 450.
JamesT Sullivan lol when i first rode a 450 i wanted the 450 so bad :D but the problem he will lose him like that
The KX, just rips off the bottom or what?
Damn suzuki looks so nice every year
I always thought that the Honda's had a very deep BRAAAAP. Anyways all bikes are great.
I think the aluminium frame is looking dated now
So cool to see a Husky in there!
Honda Number One
im kawa through and through...but the hondas from 2012 have caught my eye...thay look slim to ride and me mates kxf450 feels wide in that department.
Honda
Suzuki
Kawsaki
ktm
yamaha
Notice how the bikes with the least amount of power rank higher.
they are all great bikes..its a matter of choice and how you ride it.
That Yamaha looked really small. Looked like the size of a 125
Duh? They are the same size.
Pointless video. Yamaha 1st. Kawi 2nd. Ktm 3rd. Honda 4th. Suzuki 5th. It is what it is ladies
Well lets see... I have a 2015 yz450f, had a 2013 kx450f, before that i had a 2010 crf450. Ive been watching the shootouts every year, you can bank on my ranking of the 5 bikes.

Suzuki is the best. Just fuck you
Let's all trust someone with 420 in their username.

Honda! Woop, woop!
Really shows the legitimacy of this test, Husky and KTM should have been a direct tie... But somehow they scored differently? Yep this is BS
no because husky uses different suspension valving, subframe ,and few minor bits
I don't think that was the standard Honda
I think that was the world
not all bikes ride the same. depending on the length of your upper to lower body ratio some bikes with suit you better. best to try before you buy!
They caught you hacker's. Right side = opposite monitor.
I do not favor the 4 stroke over the 2 stroke, at all, but it looks like this years bikes are too good.

Yamaha 1st Kawasaki 2nd KTM 3rd husqvarna 4th Honda 5th Suzuki 6th don't forget husqvarna there back in the game! It's basically a KTM but anyways.
sounds like you pulled those bike names out of your hat
My pics are from my experience with these bikes! To me they all pretty much ride and perform the same but for reliability I find Yamaha to be bulletproof ! Honda you have to do the top end every 2 hours! Suzuki there is always something breaking on it ! KTM and husqvarna are sick bikes but they are exactly the same bike just ones orange and ones white!
Really ? every two hours huh? thats why i put over 150 hours on mine at the track this season and had no issues. Its called maintenance.
Kurt 450 You must not ride hard if you can put 150 hours with out having to rebuild a top end.
GTProductions5474 haha yea ok tell that to my trophy collection spode.
Yay Honda my bike
Same here!
This is a personal choice, and they like honda more than the others. If you are a other bike company fan obviously you would be complaining, stop complaining and ride!!!;)

+stephen davis 2016 kx450 has a tilted up engine for better traction
#hondaisboss
ktm and yamaha is the best bikes :((( dream my dream
#honda450isboss
