You don't have to use your finger. Just hold your hair like you do when you are putting a high ponytail and just rotate it to get the bun shape like in this short and then put a scrunchie or band on it to make sure the bun doesn't come out. And voila, you have your messy bun.

@@L0v1ngSt4r u can also do the same thing as her but when you get to the really weird high ponytail part you can put the hair tie in and go halfway, tuck the rest of the ends in to the hair tie and fluff the thingie, I sleep in that sorta bun ALL THE TIME
