Each sentence is an affirmation of deep spiritual wisdom. I have written down the most pertinent ones and repeat them to myself daily and also written them in a notebook I take everywhere when I need to fill my brain with positive messages. I am in the middle of transforming, letting go of old negative beliefs systems and patterns and this is the perfect affirmations, better then mundane ones, for they speak to my soul as well as my mind. I put on 432 hz music and repeat them in the morning.
I found this because I desperately needed to. We transmute pain and low self esteem into enlightened mind by first experiencing suffering which provides contrast so that we may perceive the light. This is the science of self empowerment and minimizing the suffering process to more easily transcend low vibration to spiritual awareness and self love to destroy personal obstacles and self imposed limitation. I will embrace this wisdom because I am tired of the long process of painful expansion and contraction. I must do this because I contain lead that must be gold. I respect my pain and the forced introspection it provided to bring me this far. I choose to transition to a more graceful and masterful process of self awareness and spiritual evolution. Alchemy is true self empowerment and purification. This is divine wisdom. 😭😥😑🙄😅😁😶🌫️😇💥❤️🧡💛🔥💚🩵💙💜💟💝💖🌟✨
If the Universal Consciousness is responsible for all of creation then it stands that we are already perfect living beings, and our consciousness is what is holding us back from evolving and returning to our source.
my brother is a sweet human.. angel. he has schizophrenia... the suffering.. the hell he lives in. it does not equate.

This is wonderful so far. I can’t believe I’m just now subbing. Did my meditation/yoga with this playing and was able to untwist my spine, reawaken small muscles, unpinch nerves, awaken manipura chakra while still actively working on svadhishthana, and solve an internal fear/problem about handling a spontaneous life decision. A lot of that happened during the “walking through the fire” chapter. Wow.

This is better than doing it the manual way. I have been alchemizing as a natural result of awakening but have been doing it clumsily through pain and the resultant introspection. Conscious alchemy can ease and accelerate the process reducing the reliance on contrast through suffering.
I am below, with, and part of my breathe. A radiant lit void suffocated by greater mass with propulsion of forces invariably start/end from and to myself.

This sounds similar to Zen in application and theory. The realization of Buddha? The realization of Alchemy? They seem the same in practice to me. The next step, if you choose it, is called realization of Bodhisattva. The realization of Philosopher's Stone. Effortless application in daily life. Psychological equanimity no matter the circumstance. It's the same thing whatever you want to call it. Alchemy is universal by nature.
